The LifeMed Institute Ravens Stock Report Week 4

After a resounding win vs. the Buffalo Bills, the team that had arguably looked the best in the NFL through 3 weeks, the Ravens evened their record in Week 4 to 2-2 with a huge game against Cincinnati on Sunday.  In a game that you could call a must win, the team and coaching staff really stepped up.

Here is your Week 4 Ravens Stock Report courtesy of LifeMed Institute. Men, boost your energy and restore your body to its peak performance with testosterone therapy from LifeMed.

Stock Up

Derrick Henry – At age 30, he doesn’t look like he is slowing down.  He reached over 21 MPH on his 87-yard TD run, which is almost exactly what Xavier Worthy reached yesterday.  The same Worthy who is the fastest runner ever in NFL combine history. His fumble cost him another TD and 200 yards rushing but it was an overall dominant performance.

Justice Hill – Hill continues to be critical to the Ravens offense. He had 6 catches for 78 yards and ran it 4 times for 18 yards. The Ravens did a good job of mixing the run and pass with him out there. He averaged 9.6 yards per touch and gave the team numerous first downs in big situations.

Travis Jones – Jones continues to assert himself as a stout defensive player and if he keeps up this pace, he is going to end the year as one of the best interior linemen in the league. He is stout vs the run and is pushing the pocket and he laid a huge hit on Allen on the trick play when he fumbled it.

Coaching – The coaching staff has appeared on stock down every week, but not in Week 4. The game plan on offense and defense was perfect. Harbaugh had the bone-headed timeout that hurt the team, but everything ran well yesterday. More importantly, they didn’t let up. The defense was still going after Allen late in the game. The offense was stepping on their throats. Now, we have to see if they learned from this.

Offensive line – Lamar was barely touched last night and the running game averaged 8 yards a carry. Even if you take away the Henry run, they still ran for 5.4 yards per carry. Rosengarten looks like a guy who should stay at RT and Faalele, to the coaches’ credit, has played better. I would guess that when he is healthy, Vorhees will get back his job, but Mekari did play well yesterday and, of course, the Ravens have 2 All Pro level guys with Linderbaum and a healthy Stanley.

Kyle Van Noy – Van Noy has been an absolute beast this year. He is flying around, rushing the QB and is racking up the sacks. The Ravens continue to do a good job of getting pressure and KVN has led the charge.

Nate Wiggins – Really love what we see from this kid.  He did drop 2 picks yesterday, but his coverage is very sticky. He still needs to get bigger and stronger, but you can see why EDC made him the team’s first pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. He had the car accident, so he must get more and more ramped up in terms of game speed, but you can see the talent and the Ravens are starting to play him a lot.  He played 86% of the snaps yesterday.

Stock Down

Penalties –  The team wasn’t penalized for the first 18 minutes, and they still ended up with 8 penalties for 79 yards. They were up so big yesterday that it didn’t end up mattering, but the coaches must fix this. It’s Week 4 yet they are still making preseason mistakes.

Mark Andrews – Andrews is doing a fantastic job blocking but he had a bad drop yesterday and was held without a catch for 2 straight weeks. I think it’s clear him and Lamar don’t have a rhythm right now.  Lamar always talks about Andrews being “his guy” but let’s face it, Andrews missed a lot of time last year and then the car accident this year pushed him back even more. Lamar has been working with Likely more often over the last 10 or so games and they just have a better rapport right now. I think Andrews will still factor into this offense. Everyone is adjusting to Henry and Lamar doesn’t have to throw it a lot but there will be games where he does, and I think Andrews will get there.

Brandon Stephens’ Ball Skills – Stephens is giving the team solid coverage. On a lot of plays, he is draped on his player yet passes are still being completed. We saw it vs. Davante Adams as well. He doesn’t have good awareness of where the ball is. He isn’t getting his head turned around. He is a really solid corner, but the lack of ball skills could hurt him as he approaches free agency.
