Prophecy News - 'A Proclamation for the Last Days:😮 Speak what is not into Existence', given by Jesus to Ellizabeth Marie, February 13th, 2026

This proclamation is easier when one has worked to get rid of sin, because sin in any form is a distractor. The energy from the sexual center (the first or lowest center of creation in the body) finds its way to the throat center  which controls speech and hands (the second center of creation) in the human body. The Third Eye is the Will which focuses the mind and eliminates distractions. As Jesus has said in ‘The Gospel of the Holy Twelve’, aka Thomas’ Gospel: “They who are born of God keep their seed within them.” .. The energy is meant to go up, not be dissipated in idle sex.

While receiving a message, while praying, I saw, in the SPIRIT, the LORD JESUS riding on HIS white horse, while holding a FLAG. In a previous vision, the LORD had told me that the flag, stood or VICTORY…. for HE is not coming back as a LAMB to the slaughter, but a mighty LION who ROARS and CONQUERS!

 Rev 19:11 : “Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True [the fifth horse, not the first], and in righteousness He judges and makes war.

Rev 19:19 :  “And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army.”

I also saw that HE was wearing the same garments that I have seen before…..a long, white robe with a red sash, across HIS chest, and sandals on HIS feet. However, I wondered why HE did not have any ARMOR on for the BATTLE that lies ahead.

I then heard this:

“The only ARMOR I need is the SWORD of MY TONGUE…. for I will speak and IT shall be accomplished. I speak, and things shall SHATTER!!

Rev 19:21 : “And the rest were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse. And all the birds were filled with their flesh.”

For I have no need for armor. The SPEAKING, PROCLAIMING, and DECLARING MY WORD is all that is needed! For the TONGUE holds GREAT POWER. This is how the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY brought all things into EXISTENCE…..HE SPOKE what did not exist — and then it came to life!

Genesis 1:3 : Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.”

So shall MY people speak THINGS into EXISTENCE that are not! However, they are not utilizing this PROMISE (Job 22:28) enough!

So, SPEAK 😮, AND LET IT MANIFEST!”

END OF MESSAGE

The Promise: “You will also declare a thing,  And it will be established for you; So light will shine on your ways.” Job 22:28 KJV

We are to use our WORDS to bring LIGHT into the DARKNESS! Not to CURSE, GOSSIP, SLANDER, ACCUSE, CONDEMN, CRITICIZE or LIE. For our words are more POWERFUL than we can even understand! It says in Proverbs 18:21 that we will REAP what we say with our words:

Prov 18:21 : “Death and life are in the power of the tongue,
                     And those who love it will eat its fruit.”

With our words, we can can MANIFEST a ‘thing’ into existence by the DECREEING, and DECLARING! Just as the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY did all the way back to the beginng, in Genesis 1, where HE spoke into existence:

    THE LIGHT
    THE SKY
    THE LAND
    THE SEAS
    THE SUN, MOON, STARS
    THE SEA FISH & CREATURES
    THE BIRDS
    ALL LIVING CREATURES: Wild Animals/Livestock
    MAN & WOMAN
    ALL VEGETATION & TREES

HE SPOKE and it was DONE! And, we, who are made in HIS IMAGE, also can use the POWER of the TONGUE! We can use it for the LORD……or as a tool for the enemy.

In James 3:8, it says that the tongue is “an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.” However, when controlled by the HOLY SPIRIT, our tongues, and words can bring forth MIRACLES!

A PROCLAMATION:

After a time of repentance, prayer, and worship, I will decree something that I am asking the LORD to bring forth into existence, in my life, which is not yet:

In the name of JESUS CHRIST, I decree, proclaim, and declare a ‘thing’ ________ (put what you personally want to bring ‘forth)……and it shall be established, accomplished, and performed, so that the LIGHT of CHRIST shall shine on all my ways! (taken from Job 22:28)
