My sources have confirmed that Trump is in Israel for reasons unknown.

As far as Trump becoming the King of Israel it would be no surprise do to the fact that he surrounded himself with Jewish hierarchy during his administration.

They strictly adhere to the Torah, which is their version of The Old Testament and thru their Gematria which is their Kabbalistic method of interpreting the Hebrew scripures by computing the numerical value of words based on their constituent letters, Trump dots all the I’s and crosses all the T’s in their prophetic numerical values.

After watching the video below, Trump did convert to the Jewish religion in 2017 and Mark Levin introduced Trump as the first Jewish President of the United States and kept it secret for 2 years. So it wouldn’t surprise me if he kept this secret for the next 2 years.
