I have yet to see/hear anywhere on any Show in the #USA as deep-dive as Rick Walker and I made (on his Show) into/behind the #14thAmendment  regarding the idiotic #CO #Court decision to remove #Trump from the #CO #GOP #Primary #ballot (which is clearly a step they think will then allow them to remove him from the #General #Election #ballots in CO come November 2024.

[Easily resolved and made moot, all the Court challenges, at least until November Ballots question (further giving Legal challenges and 14th Amendment pleadings/arguments/back-and-forth to SCOTUS to really fully examine in-particular the "or hold any office" Legal Intellectual discussions) IF States move Primaries to Caucus format as discussed here-in w/ Rick Walker among other point(s)/sub-issues]

Once shots are Fired (as with the USA and/or any other Nation’s Civil War) and Battle engaged, the questions of Law, Contracts, Legalities, all go out the window and the Law of the Jungle of MIGHT MAKES RIGHT (imposition of settlement of any and all grievances become one of physical vs intellectual combat and force (both sides were then willing to cross many otherwise “Red-lines” rational people would not want to cross)) then ensues and any chances at Peaceful resolve through Debate and Courts pleadings (that the States created the Federal Government and not the other way around, and Voluntary joining of Union of States could be then revoked/UnVolunteered arguable Legal Contract dispute moot) and out-the-window (as with any “Revolution” and/or “Civil War” regardless of Nation all through History. Look still in Canada with Quebec threatening (many different times) the same argument of ability to voluntarily un-leave the Canadian Federal Governance of/over Province Rights/Responsibilities (threatened many times, from time to time; some say serious, others just idle threats for political posturing and attempts at concession acquirement; never fully attempted, no threat of physical conflict to resolve yet ever raised to the level of) still many people on both sides of issue continue to push INTELLECTUAL RESOLVE?!?!? Today, again in the United States some try to reassert the Succession discussion arguments of/for certain States from the current Union especially when the Constitutional Contract has clearly been breached and Federal restraints there-of long usurped.
