When I got married in August 1991 I decided to hyphenate my last name as Fox-Taylor with a hyphen due to the fact I did not wnt to loose the Fox in my name as I am Nancy G Fox Costume Designer and Costume Supervisor in many movie credits from 1979 to 1997 so more that career and proffesion and livleyhood I decided to say I am Nancy Gail Fox-Taylor with a HYPEN ! and thats the name I went by until I restored my maiden name to Fox in my divorce in Sept 2005, and that says Nancy G Fox-Taylor wife restores maiden name to Fox.

My Real estate liscense issued in 1999 was Nancy G Fox-Taylor and my bank accounts were Nancy G Fox-Taylor, and that would be slandering to lie my name is Nancy F Taylor when its NOT!! and NEVER WAS, and I was divorced 21 years ago and lost the Taylor in my Fox-Taylor name, and my passport was Nancy G Fox-Taylor, and the Social Security office does not put hypens in hyphenated names, so that said Nancy Gail Fox Taylor, and I changed it to Nancy Gail Fox, and I changed my bank accounts to Nancy Gail Fox and to Nancy G Fox, and my Medium For God Business is registered to me as Nancy Gail Fox aka Fox-Taylor and never was I Nancy F Taylor.

Their lying she bought a new house in a real furry and should have checked around into much lower priced properties in our so strong ( UNWARRANTED) opinion as thats how we see it and feel she should have consulted with others for advice and the house cost way too much, it was far beyond her means so we ran them out on purpose and take her money and mail etc due to that in 05. both her dear girls came to both properties, and looked around, and they know for certain their nice Mom was looking for a new house that was old though as properites are usually these days and that was similar to the one she did buy in May June 05 and thats a blatent fact and that was the same size approximately, a view like the one she bought, and a three car garage dated older one story like she wanted to have, and there she was running many Seller Net Sheets to see what she would net selling and what more updates to do to make more money, and at the same time running Buyer Net Sheets to see a whole brand new mortgage payment and the devils name that a House Payment, and say those two words all day, and lie she should not have done that so fast, and she should have checked into things when here she was a very great real estate agent running many sheets for a lot of people she represented and did this for herslef as our biggest planner on this earth so who on earth do they feel a realtor buying their own house selling their own home would consult with as she was the expert in real estate and still is in her head and was very good at doing a lot of payment estimates all the time in fact obsesively even at that so see every loan programs rate, and payment and would put in a 20 year loan or 30 year loan or 40 year loan and many interest rates and money down and so on as an expert therefore shes the one they cosulted with and thats a fact and she really wrote about five offers on five other homes that were all continegent on selling their two story house, and that means the seller has to agree to wait until the persons house sells to close out and to know they will have the funds to do it, and therefore many know contingent offers are not always taken or seen as great offers but okay if there is no more, and she knew I will just try and see on three great houses, and that was another horse zone property she wrote an offer on in early 05 and the one on the hill with the mountain view and on one in the School neighborhood as those three were similar to the one she ended up buying as they were all original and very dated from the 1970s with linoleum floors and old cabinents, and perfect she thought I wanted a great house to update to make it look the way I want, and thats a fact as she decided in 2001 I want a one story or bedroom down home thats like an old spanish haceinda that I can update with pavers and plastering to create the look I want in a house and I want a spiritual ambiance around, and thats by her spiritual way of life is it not? so the setting was very extremly important, and she did qualify for the home mortgage on the house she did buy in May June 05 and thats by great nice people who she knew from the Elementary School a mortgage broker team man and women who she did many real estate deals with about seven in fact, and she did tell them in early 05 I am selling and buying this year, and the lady said go open an account at the new bank Downey Savings that became US Bank so that woman knew she and the man were doing her new loan when she bought a house in 05, and they knew he was selling and all about it, and they did fax she a loan approval letter right away to the two story house that she called them from, and faxed them from as she sent the whole offer right away to them for loan approval so this was all very extermely planned by our medium the big planner, as she ran about twenty five to twenty seven net sheets for herself, and as the neighborhood expert where she sold about eight to ten homes she knew what updates to do to get her own house sold for a better price and always planned to move from that property due to the location and from day one said someday we will move up to another neighborhood, and that was always very planned but not with a rush but to do updates to know someday I will sell and get more by replacing the roof the garage doors flooring and so on, and gardened herself to make more also, and knew just what to do as a realtor in that tract and constantly ran comps home sales and compared her square footage lot size updates and therefore it was all very planned out for years, and went very well when she sold and bought in 2005 and thats a plain old fact from I God and shes explained facts in many places due to them running them out of the house she worked so hard to buy for family with her owned money and invested about three hundred thousand into it of her own money, and was set to stay and had a lower payment than the estimate as it was sometimes often twenty three hundred to twenty six fifty and a one hundred second that was then two hundred and she was so happy and it went absoluetly great as she did just as she planned, so how dare they all lie about what went so great and thats just to do I D Theft is it not? as for over two decades many steal it and sin and thats a real crying shame as that old saying goes from I God to pass it all on as it was planned by some in the past who knew of her owned money and big spirit channeling jobs that would be sent and they wanted to steal it all and planned to lie shes not the type to do a important Son of God job with a life of luxury when she is and many are seen as hated snobs by I God as they think shes beneath them because she had a two story tract home with a large flat yard, and was a single Mom raising her daughters alone there, and worked hard day in and day out and for years her whole life was driving kids and selling homes, and there she was in a suit and pearls with her hair cut and weaved at a hair dresser, and being such a classy lady, and a whole lot classier than them as they are snobs who actually have homes that are twice as large as the perfect one story home she bought in 05 as it was about 2500 square feet and so perfect and theres are twice that size some with sitting rooms in the master and fireplaces large master baths fancy pools, and bonus rooms some have, and they think they are so much better than her by their house style some built in the 80s maybe too, and some are gated and some say say Estates, and some have actual gaurds at the gate, and they do their hair for one and a half hours some of them, and think they are so very special when they are hated by I God as they stole my single Moms great jobs that are hers entirely and not their the devils who steal and cheat lie and swindle and who are cheap and greedy and ones doing pricing for a good deal and offering low bids four or five, they are seen as wicked and cheap by I God, and shes more generous in her life to round it up to go with the person you like you got an estimate from and to be loyal as she was to her mortgage broker friends who she did many real estate deals with so of course she would use them for her loan and not betray a soul as shes that way and there they sit saying she should have consulted with several loan persons when no she would not go behind someones back, and they need to be so stopped as first off in Dec 05 to Feb 05 this bunch of hated lying wicked crooks were so mad she filed for a final divorce when here she had been a single Mother for five years then and paid everything all alone and very well and her bills on the one story were the same as the two story home, and thats the mortgage payment it was about the same amount, and she spent the same thing on her great wise kids at the one story as she did at the two story ballet horses clothes and so on as she worked so hard to pay for a lot for them and thats a fact and the liars aim lies and lie that house cost too much so we had to run them out and no it did not cost too much and many saw it as posh and presitgous by her good nice way of decor and arranging nice furniture of the past moslty it was from years before then and they saw a private driveway an estate sign and her great way she arranged the old furniture and just thought oh my gosh that house cost too much for a single Mom when it did not at all it just appeared that way to them by the driveway she planned to gate, by the style inside she gave it all planned on a low budget, and she did not spend a lot at all on furniture and thats a lie they tell all day and night as shes great at decorating without over spending and with using what they had already from their other two houses, and they just thought and imagined it was too much when it was not, and lied she spent fifty thousand to make the house posh and prestigous to act important when they are the ones that way in their large estates five thousand square feet when hers was half that size and original and dated, and perfect and she made about the very same amount of money each year as most of they did and some make one hundred thousand less than her who thought it was too much by the way it appeared to them so why did they not ask the realtor buyer and owner Nancy Fox one question about any of it? and they wanted to do her as a snob who thinks others are beneath them, and who could not imagine someone moving from a simple tract house to a one story in an estate neighborhood, and were also fooled by her great furniture arrangement and decor, and wanted to ruin it with madness inside and heard of loads of bank truck funds being sent to Nancy Fox and said no way thats for me, I am the type to have that money and all text each other and got in a big huge bank robbery and are still lying in letters says I God as slander it is, and I want them all stopped right now as over twenty one years of bank truck funds they have robbed and beyond in addition to postal money ups fed ex funds sent to her name and address that some hopped right over a fence to lift and many hack and wont stop and say they all got in on it and wanted to her in to lie the jobs were for them.
