Realtors did from five offices who set her up to DCFS in spring summer 09 by calling in to report her activity’s and their concerns and had logged information about a man at the house she bought in mid 05 so fast to have a new life as a young too thin somewhat almost single Mom that was not solely for her Mother to live in it as she claims in so many sad stories of woe about what they did to them to run them straight out of the so called family home she bought as that’s so forbidden to us as it shows she got thin by a fast quick diet and liposuction and works notes explain to look so great all the sudden for a new way of life without the Dad around them year’s spent far too much on beauty and skin products that she had not hardly done in her whole entire life notes explain and on restylane line filler to look so young to remarry she said many times in bugging and said about eight years from 05 she planned to hopefully remarry. In Jan 2006 I noticed I did not have as much money as I should have, and I refianced my 2nd loan and took equity out due to that.

I updated the two story with my money to make more equity selling to buy another house for my Mom to live with us planned in 2001. I was legally divorced in September 2005 after being legally seperated like a divorce for almost 6 year’s, since Jan. 2000 when the legal seperation was filed in The Van Nuys Courthouse with me as the custodial parent with full custody, and all assets and community property were split at this time with a child support monthly amount I was supposed to receive but did not I paid for my daughters,and the mortgage and household bills alone as a single Mom realtor for many years by working hard selling homes and estates as a California Realtor, liscened in 1999 as Nancy G. Fox-Taylor. I got together with a man after I was legally divorced at the end of 2005 who I dated in 1988 and he phoned me in 2004. He was my boyfriend from Dec. 05 to Dec. 07 who did not live in the family home.

My ex the Dad moved out of the family home in Jan. 2000 after years of trying to work out the marriage. He received his community property equity from the two story house in Jan. 2000 and signed off on his community property on the two story house Title which was recorded by the County Recorder therefore The Community Property already Split years before I sold the two story to buy another house in the area that was suitable for my Mother to live with my two daughters and I. I bought a house that was 2.3 miles away from the two story house where we had lived 8 years in the suburbs. It had large bedrooms for my two daughters, and part of my buyers criteria was for my younger daughter to have a large bedroom and her bedroom at the one story I bought was the same size as my master bedroom there. It was a one story for my Mother to live with us in it and her and I agreed on this in 2001 and both said we did not want her at an elder care, her plan was to live with us the rest of her life and her plans were changed due to the gang stalking done and obvious I D theft and so on as stalkers ran us out of the one story home where she planned to live and where she would have moved to in 2008 if stalking was not going on, as in 2008 my Mother Denise S. Fox was diagnoised with memory loss by a Doctor who sent a letter to the Department of Motor Vechicles in 2008 so she could no longer drive. Due to the stalking in 2008 I decided to wait for her to move in when it seemed safe and it never did, as we were run out of the one story by railroading as in 2005 after moving in the one story the mailbox on a post was smashed onto the ground, and this vandalism was done again in May 2006 during or after Spring Break week. My SUV was broken into May 9th or 10th, 2006 and $500.00 of personal property was stolen that included my younger daughters Royal Academy of Dance large bloche ballet bag, and my Real Estate portfolio I listed homes and estates with that had my Award of Merrit in it that I won for selling 5 homes my 1st year as a realtor from 1999 to 2000 as I sold many homes and provided well as a single Mom Realtor. The one story I bought in May June 2005 was also a great location to sell homes and estates from as I already sold many properites in the nearby neighborhoods that were around the house, and I knew I would sell many estates and make an extra $100,000.00 a year or so by living there as I bought a dated original house built in 1976 that was 2544 square feet in an estate neighborhood where properties were 2 and 3 times as much and 2 and 3 times as large. Therefore I knew the house was a great investment for my money, as I projected by adding on and updating it I would have 1 million in home equity. This was an accurate real estate predication as its worth about 2 million now just as I thought in 2005 when I bought it but unfortunately we were run out due to gang stalkers vandalism, the car break in theft, stalking, an apparent cat napping, and lies told about me to DCFS in spring summer 2009 after the 4 years of victimizing theft and stalking went on to obviously do in a single Mom to set me up to be a not needed DCFS case file and the lies told about me were all Dismissed without prejudice in Court in 2009, and the case file was opened based on lies which was not fair at all as it ruined our happy home life we led in the suburb area for 12 years, and my 10 year real estate business I built up there, and my Mothers plans to live with us, and my plans for my daughters to be in the large bedrooms doing High School, College, University homework, and to have our happy family life there which should have continued on for another 10 years and forever. When I was lied about to DCFS in 2009 my daughters were 14 years old and 17 turning 18 years old and mean liars ruined our happy home life and all the plans I had that I worked hard for.

In 2001 after showing my Mom attached one story properties near us in the suburbs to see if she wanted to buy one and live near us we decided she would live with us and I said I would sell the two story that had all the bedrooms upstairs and buy a one story for her to live with us. I started shopping for a home to buy on the Real Estate Multiple Listing Service in 2001 and did this each day until I bought the perfect house for us in May June 2005 after writing 5 offers on other properties that fit my buyers criteria I searched with each day as a realtor looking for their own house. I updated the two story from 2000 to 2005 and had new exterior paint done, new garage doors put in, and a tile roof put on, tile floors done downstairs, and landscaping and so on. In 2004 I decided to refinance the two story to finish the updates I planned which I had done in Feb 2005 when the refinance loan funded. I had new carpet put in, nuetral tile done in the kitchen, and smooth ceilings done downstairs, and new interior paint done and got it all ready to list and sell to buy a house where my Mom could live with us in the same area. I gifted my ex husband $10,000.00 which I did not owe him as community property was split in Jan 2000, I did this so he could buy a two bedroom condo near us for my daughters to have their own bedroom at their Dads as he was renting a one bedroom in Thousand Oaks where one my daughters did not like staying, so for my daughters sakes I helped him buy a two bedroom condo near us, and the one story I bought in May June 2005 was very close to his place, and that was another reason the one story I bought was the perfect Location, Location, Location! as it was also near the Elementary School we started at in 1997, it was just a few blocks away, and my younger daughter was in her last year there, and my older daughter wanted to go to the High School in her Dads Ventura County School District as we lived right on the L A County Ventura County Border, and did go there and it was a straight shot down the street from the one story house, so the School locations were very convinent at the one story house as working and selling homes and estates was as it often took me 3 minutes to show a property, and time is money, and everything was so perfect about the house in so many ways. Also it felt serene with a spirtual ambiance which I wanted being sober in Alcoholics Anonymous since Feb 9th, 1985 and that was part of my buyers criteria to find a house that felt Serene with a Spiritual Ambiance which it had, and to have a house that felt like a Screenplay Writers retreat which it had, and to have a house with mature trees and a tranquil setting which it had, as it had large old Oak Trees, and nature around it as we could see ducks flying to the lake from the covered hacienda porch, and deer grazing on the hill from the formal dining room, and everything was so perfect about the house, it was an absolute dream come true, and I planned to never move, I hoped to live there the rest of my life, and said many times ” it’s the last house I am ever buying, I am never moving again” it was my forth property I owned where I planned to stay and I planned many happy years ahead there for my Mom, and Daughters and I that we did not get to have due to being targeted and run out of the perfect house I worked hard to buy, that went perfectly in 2005 as I planned it out so well as a realtor buying their own house, and I bought it with my two story house equity by getting a swing loan on the two story house that I paid off when the escrow closed in Oct 2005. Also, I felt so spiritual in the one story house, and heightened my psychic medium Prophetic ability there in 2005 as I started my Angel Board channeling in the formal dining room there in July 2005 and Church Bells rang there in the day and it felt like a Mission by the Location, Location, Location I planned to never leave. I got loan approval from Countrywide Home Loans from Regency Brokerage to buy the one story house, and my payment estimate was about $3,000.00 a month and ended up being $2,650.00 a month and a $100.00 second loan payment and it was not going up for 7 years from 2005 and I knew my daughters would be adults 18 and 21 by the time it went up. Therefore I knew I would be able to work more hours and make more money by their ages, and I planned to refinance it before it went up anyway. My bills at the one story were about the same as my two story house I had paid alone as a single Mom realtor for 5 and 1/2 years before buying the one story. I did plan to maybe get married when my younger daughter was 18 and that was 8 years from 2005 when I bought the one story, I did not plan to have a man live with us in the family home or to have a step Dad as they have a Dad and he lived a few blocks away from the one story home and everything I did was in my daughters best interest for my daughters sakes as the house was 2.3 miles from the other house so it was an easy transition for my kids and a perfect floorplan for them with their large bedrooms, and a large bathroom with lots of storage and double sinks and an indoor laundry room off the hallway and it was for my Mothers sake and for all of us to have happiness in the family home to enjoy each others company. I got the family room dining room all ready for us to eat dinner and to watch T V with furniture I bought after moving in the one story house as I said I am spending $3,000.00 on family room dining area furniture, and I made a list with measurements, price estimates, and a budget, and bought a dining area table and rod iron chairs to have forever, and a desk for the dining area for my daughters to do homework, and for me to work as a realtor, and got it all set up for our family life. I updated the house with flooring with it was empty before moving in, and budgeted I would spend $40,000.00 from my two story swing loan equity money that I put in Downey Savings and transfered to my checking, and that I spent as planned.

I lost weight on a low carb diet I was on for about 6 months from Dec 2004 to the middle of 2005 and I got back to my normal size, and bought a new wardrobe that I planned to buy and budgeted for. I bought real estate clothes to sell homes and estates, and I bought casual designer clothes to socialize in with my buyers and sellers at night, and to wear them to AA meetings and AA conventions and did in 2005.

In February 2005 I decided to have an AA party after the house was done by the painters and tile guys before I listed it to sell it. I had an AA party Feb 27th, 2005 from 2 pm to 5 pm with Marias Kitchen, and a small number of guests which included relatives, AA people, and friends from the area. I bought a new outfit to wear to my AA party at Nordstroms as I had lost weight on the low carb diet, and I bought a light blue spiritual looking Free People Sweater that came to the top of the designer jeans I bought and I wore a ladies white tank top under the sweater, and I am not one to dress sexy, I am not one to show my midruff ever and I was covered from head to toe with long sleeves and long pants, and usually always am. I do not drink or do drugs of smoke pot since Feb 8th, 1985. I have 40 years of AA sobriety now. AA is an Anonymous Program therefore I did not tell any realtors I was a sober AA lady whos a spiritual 12 step person, realtors knew nothing about me personally as I was not close with them. I had a couple of real estate friends, and one was a woman at another office, and one was a man who was my confidant who went to another office. I kept my personal life to myself and did not discuss I am sober in AA praying to God all day, and leading a spiritual 12 step life, as AAs work their program in their daily life and take it out into the world in whatever they do, but realtors would not have known that, as working a spirtual program is an inside job. I was one constantly saying ” I am being the best person I can be today” I made sure I did not harm anybody or step on toes or speak ill of another, I did not gossip or manipulate and lived my life as the spirtual 12 step person I am. When stalkers swarmed around and did seemingly hate crimes I knew I did nothing wrong to anybody and that there was nothing to hate about me, as I was always checking my motives, making sure I did not harm anyone as an AA Alanon 12 step program person. I felt mailbox and street stalking was going on by women who looked liked real estate agents to rob my real estate business from me as cut throat realtors, as my real estate portfolio was stolen by the car break in theft, and I was selling estates, and I thought and think they wanted to do I D Theft and do me in and felt the stalkers lied about me to DCFS to ruin my daughters, my Mothers and my life with greed to steal from me. I also thought it was jealous hate crimes done as my True Religion jeans went missing from the house I bought in 2005 and 2006 after the diet among $1,000.00 worth of clothes, some clothes that went missing were from the 1980’s when I was a Costume Designer on movies. Someone told me during those years some women sure did not like my clothes, and I said I like them, so I don’t care if other women don’t like them. I bought a new wardrobe after the diet as a Costume Designer expert in clothing, cut, and fit, as that was my proffesion from 1979 to the early 1990’s so I am an expert in clothing. I thought hate crimes may have been done because I looked good in my new clothes after dieting. What was done to us was very mean as stalkers stalked and sneered and zoomed around our street, parked and stared at our mailbox on a post and scared us to death and ruined our happy life we led for 12 years in that suburb area, and the lies to DCFS were so cruel, as I parented as an over nice good Mother, and I am a very sincere over honest ethical sentimental person, and I bought a house up a private driveway to have our happy family home life, not to be bothered by preditors.
