1. She bought way too much stuff in 2005 without thinking that was not needed and ran around so fast buying stuff after spending alot on the two story house in Feb 2005 to impress guests etc.TRUTH. I bought what I planned to buy that was needed by my lists I made and spent what I budgeted for and spent my money I worked hard for on what I planned to buy in 2005 when I was a real estate single Mother. In Dec 2004 I made a list of updates I wanted to do to the two story house to sell it, and I said I am spending 20 grand on new neutral carpet, paint, and off white plain tile, and smooth ceilings to get the house ready to List and Sell in the spring market of 05, and I got the work done in Feb. 05 and spent what I planned to spend, around $18,200.00 and listed the house the first week of March 2005 as planned. I had a long time sober AA party at the house after I had the new carpet put in and new paint and tile etc. on Feb. 27th,2005 as I thought I might as well have an AA party with the house looking so nice since my AA birthday in Feb. I got sober in AA on 2-9-1985. I bought things in 2005 for the one story I bought that I planned to buy with lists, and a budget and spent what I planned to spend as I always.
2. She just ran out and bought a house that cost too much so fast without thinking and did not hardly tell anyone or get opinions in May 2005. TRUTH I bought a house I qualified for, I got loan approval with Countrywide Home Loans, I shopped for a house to buy for 4 years, I wrote 5 offers before that house, and figured it out diligently as I was a realtor buying their own house so I ran my Seller Net Sheets on my 2 story to see what equity I had in it, and I ran my Buyer Net sheet to see my payment and it ended up being $2,750.00 a month and was not going up for 7 years from 2005 and I planned to refinance before then. I found a house that was exactly what I had been looking for for 4 years, a one story house with a spiritual ambiance and adobe clay tile roof, and it was about 2500 square feet, an original house to update. I got  swing loan from my 2 story I bought it with and I put $40,000.00 down I had in the bank from selling homes and estates and I had $100,000.00 left in the bank from my 2 story equity swing loan, and I said I am spending $40,000.00 updating the house, and I am spending $3,000.00 on furniture and I made lists. price estimates, totaled my lists, and came up with budgets and bought what I planned to buy for the one story I bought in May June 2005, I went to the bank and transfered my money from the savings to my checking to do this with my cash from my 2 story. I had distressed hardwood flooring done, pavers, plastering, and updated the guest bath, and bought what was needed at Home Depot to do this work. I bought furniture I measured for at a Bombay close out sale, Pier One and a rod iron furniture store, and I bought cafe curtains for the kitchen and family room dining area sliding door, and curtain rods, fireplace screens, a door mat, coffee table, a couch, 2 rattan chairs at Pier One, and desk for the dining area, 6 rod iron chairs, chairs cushions for those at Pier One, and bought what I planned to have the house ready set to live in for our family life.
3. She just ran out and did the house all up to have a hot swingin time and thats why she bought big floor pillows at Pier One so fast. TRUTH I DO NOT HAVE HOT SWINGIN TIMES. I bought floor pillows for my daughters and their friends to sit on and my daughters were 10 and 13 at this time in the middle of 2005. I measured the rod iron chairs to see what size chair cushions I needed to buy, and I went to Pier One to buy 6 chair cushions and found some with the terra cotta paver colors that went with the family room dining area for 2 breakfast bar rod iron chairs, and 4 dining table rod iron chairs, I went to Pier One on Moorpark Road in Thousand Oaks for a desk for my kids to do homework in the dining area on lap tops and for me as the realtor I was, and a coffee table and 2 chairs and 6 chair cushions, and found everything I needed that was on my list with price estimates I budgeted for, and a measuring tape in my purse literally, and I measured the desk and coffee table in the store, and bought the 6 chair cushions and saw they had floor pillows that matched, and I thought oh I should get those for my kids and their friends to sit on. I got the family room and dining area all set up for our family life, and I DO NOT HAVE HOT SWINGING TIMES I do not have casual sex or flings I hate pornography and lust, and I had not sex for over 8 years at this time, and I am a sober AA spiritual lady and do not party, I am sober since Feb 1985.
4. She had alot at the house during those years and in early 2009 she had a man there, and here is his background report so you can see what kind of person she is. WHEN I ONLY HAD ONE BOYFRIEND from Dec 05 to Dec 07 and there were no other men I was with. I was framed in spring summer 2009LI and he had been there for 1 and 1/2 years, so there were no men, I did not date anyone, I did not have another boyfriend and thats the only man I have been with since my ex husband, 2 men in 35 years. I saw my ex boyfriend in 2010, 2011, 2012 but not in 2008 or 2009. There were no men, just old guy friends from the past were there in early 2009 and that was old neighborhood friends I grew up by, platonic guy friends and readings say they are saying see see see this big man was there so tan a hot man sitting with her on the covered porch not just talking and see his background report attached, this shows what kind of person she is, readings say they are framing me to look like another type of person by describing things wrong in fraud reports to banks and post offices When I was not with any men in 2008 or 2009. He was a good friend when I was in 7th grade and lived in my neighborhood, and he was my boyfriend in 1987 for about 6 months, I had bumped into him at The Do It Center and at Motion Picture a couple of years before then as was a Teamster in the Movie Business, and they called him Chipster, and he passed away about 10 years ago unfortunately, and readings say they are giving his background and record from years from never saw him or spoke to him to make me look bad and his name was Chip White. In 2009 when I moved back to Sherman Oaks, we went to Starbucks, Casa Vega Restaurant, and then he wanted the house to see if he could help me out, and we went to lunch and sat and talked on the covered patio.
5. LIES. Their lying she went out far too frequently in mid to late 2005 dressed provocatively in hot new clothes to have a hot time and when dressed to the 9s to do dirty dancing and on on as a hot sexy Mom so they ran them out of the house just based on her clothes, and where she went at night. WHEN I DO NOT HAVE HOT sexy times, I was not any man during 2005. I was not with anyone until Dec 05 when I got together with a man from the past that I dated and fell in love with in 1988, I started talking to him in Dec 04 and got together with the man from the past 1 year later in Dec 05 and there were no other men. In 2005 I had lost weight on a low carb diet and I bought casual sylish clothes for my regular size I got back to and I WAS NOT DRESSED PROVOCATIVE, I was covered from head to toe with long sleeves, and long pants, and nothing showed, and nothing was sexy. I bought designer clothes also, jackets, pants, and tops, and was fully covered from head to toe, my tops were not low, my midriff did not show, I had have bare legs showing, no skin showed. I bought clothes at Macys. M Fredricks, and local boutique women’s clothing stores in the area. I went to an AA Convention at the Hyatt in fall 2005 that they have every year, that I went to often I went to an AA Convention in Burbank in 2005, and I went AA speaker meetings on Sat night. and I went with real estate buyers I sold homes who invited me places in 2005, and I went to a concert, and a show at the Canyon Club, and that was with AA people, and real estate buyers and danced at a restaurant after dinner a woman buyer invited me to have dinner, so I was socializing in new clothes in 2005 and I was invited alot of places and there is nothing to tell about it and there was no sex, no drugs, no drinking no nothing going on.
6. LIES She spent far too much on more updates she had done to the one story to impress guests at a party. TRUTH I Updated the house some more in Sept 2007 for a REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL FOR A REFI. I put in to do a streamline refinance on the house to lower my payment and to refi while I had the income and fico score I need to refinance before the real estate market froze up as agents were warned of this in fall 07. My mortgage brokers Regency Brokerage told me you should do some more updates to the house and painting for the appraisal for the refi, so I did as they advised, and bought decorative items at Home Goods which they suggested I do for the appraisal, and I painted inside myself, and painters painted the outside trim and updated the kitchen ceiling and my master bath sinks and I hung up mirrors I bought, and I paid them $5,000.00 for the UPDATES FOR THE APPRAISAL in Sept 2007. The appraisal was Sept 18th 2007 in the morning for the streamline loan refinance which means you keep your mortgage balance the same.  I happen to have planned a suprise Birthday for my daughter which was Sept 17th 2007, and that was a small group of teenagers, a casual Suprise party, and the appraisal was the next morning. In Sept 2007 my Mother offered to get me an equity loan to spend as I needed when I told her the real estate market was going to slow as thats what real estate agents were told in fall 2007, and my Mom said she could be a loan and did, and the payment was $120.00 a month and it was for me to use as I wanted to use it and needed to use it to get through a slow real estate year, and I consolidated debt and updated the house to refinance it, and stretched the loan money out until spring 2009 so it lasted from Sept 2007 to around May 2009 as planned.
7. LIES. They are lying she got Wachovia Family Trust fund account money that was not needed or necessary in early 2009 in April. WHEN THAT WAS THE LOAN MONEY MY MOM GOT FOR ME IN FALL 07 to use as needed and I planned to get the last of the Wachovia Loan Money then, and that was NOT FAMILY TRUST FUND ACCOUNT MONEY. I was a Wachovia loan of my Moms, NOT THE FAMILY’S, as she did not have family trust fund account money, her money and property were hers not the family’s. Readings say they lie just ran and took money from the Wachovia branch in North Ranch without much needed permission when NO I PAID THE BILL THERE, I dropped off my personal check for $120.00 a month payment and I WOULD NEVER TAKE MONEY as I AM OVER HONEST.
8. LIES She bought her house that cost too much with family trust account money. WHEN I BOUGHT IT WITH MY OWN MONEY AND THERE WERE NO FAMILY TRUST FUND ACCOUNTS THAT EXISTED. I bought my house in May June 2005 with my real estate income and my swing loan from my 2 story. I paid off my swing loan from my 2 story when it closed escrow with my Seller Proceeds, that are right on the escrow closing statement.
9. LIES. She was a housewife in a two tract home and barely sold a couple homes in 2005 when she bought a house that cost too much etc. TRUTH I WAS NOT A HOUSEWIFE. I SOLD MANY HOMES. I was legally separated like a divorce Jan 2000. I was a single Mom Realtor who was legally separated selling many homes and providing well for my family. I sold 5 homes my first year as a realtor and I sold 7 homes in 05
10. LIES Her daughters ballerina classes were not really The Royal Academy Of Dance Program. WHEN SHE STARTED IN A ROYAL ACADEMY OF DANCE PROGRAM AT AGE 4 and went to those classes for about a decade.
