Gang Stalkers Use Harassment and Coercion To Run Targeted Individuals Out of Homes Who They Discriminate Against Based On Family Status and TARGET DIVORCED MOTHERS

I believe Gang Stalkers run Targeted Individuals out of their homes because of their “Family Status” as a Divorced Mom with children by harasment which is not allowed under the Fair Housing Laws explained below.

Harassment in housing involves unwelcome conduct based on a protected characteristic that singles out or makes someone feel uncomfortable. This can include suggestive statements, slurs, threats

Coercion and interference with fair housing rights are also illegal. This involves threatening, intimidating, or interfering.

I am explaining this as I experienced harasment and coercion many years ago which ran us out of our family home when I was a Divorced Single Mom with children and I feel that may have been the reason as an act of Discrimination as Hate Crimes started after I got Divorced Sept 30th, 2005.

The Mail Box on a post was smashed and broken onto the ground in 2005 the year I bought a one story house in the same City we had moved to in 1997 and it was broken off the post again after Easter Break Week in 2006. My SUV was broken into parked in our driveway and $500.00 worth of property was stolen, my Real Estate Listing Portfolio I listed houses and estates with as I was Single Mom Real Estate Agent liscened in 1999 as Nancy G. Fox-Taylor and I provided alone as a single Mother for many years, starting in Jan. 2000 when my marriage was Dissolved in the Court by a Legal Separation. My younger daughters Royal Acedemy of Dance Ballet Bag was also stolen by the car break in theft and she was 11 years old then May 9th, 10th, 2006. The mail box on a post in front of our one story house property was Stalked, and cars parked and stalkers stood outside of their white BMW’s staring at the Mail Box on a post, and cars sped around the street stalking and our cats disappeared Labor Day 2008 when stalkers had been there. The Lost Cat poster I put up kept being taken down, and simulentous crimes went on at the same time at my Moms in Sherman Oaks half an hour away from us, as her diamond platnum heirloom rings went missing in Fall 2007, and her Denise S Fox Family Trust Living Trust Will of hers went missing from her house in spring 2009 and she made me First Trustee Executor of this Jan 1995. I had trouble restoring my Maiden Name to Fox by my Divorce Papers from Sept 30th, 2005 that say Wife Restored Maiden Name to Fox. I brought them to Wells Fargo and they would not change my name from Nancy G. Fox-Taylor back to Nancy G Fox, and neither would the Social Security Office in The Conejo Valley where we lived from 1997 to 2009 til the harasment coercisn ruined our lives in the suburbs. The Passport Office would not change my passport to Nancy Gail Fox either in 2006 with my divorce papers that say Wife Restored Maiden name, they issued it as Nancy G Fox-Taylor. Later I got my name corrected to Nancy G Fox at new Wells Fargo accounts in The San Fernando Valley, and I got my Social Security Card name corrected to Nancy Gail Fox. In early 2009 checks I wrote on my Nancy G Fox-Taylor Wells Fargo checking and savings that had $4,000.00 to cover the checks were taken out of my Moms Wells Fargo checking Denise S Fox by a bank error when she only had her Social Security Deposit the 1st of the month in her Wells Fargo, I feel like someone was trying to make it look we had a joint account at Wells Fargo when we did not and never did. I was POA Nancy G Fox on her Wells Fargo checking Denise S. Fox. In 2009 after the vandalism, stalking, car break in theft and cats disappearing I was lied about to DCFS, and my SUV had broken down that week, DCFS came to the house when I did not have a car, and I was an over nice Mother, and I am sober a very long time in the program of Alcoholics Anonymous, since Feb 9th, 1995 and was a more patient calm nice Mom than most, and there was no reason for DCFS to be there, they told me they spoke to my sister and I said why would you talk to my sister? she lives five hours away and has no children and is not around us in our family suburb area, and she drinks and I am sober in AA, later I saw a lie my sister told and it was dismissed without prejudice in court by a letter I brought from a Doctor. Anonymous individuals lied about me and the pages of lies were DISMISS WITHOUT PREDJUICE in Court in 2009, and my older daughter was DISMISS FROM CASE in 2009 summer as she turned the adult age of 18. I was lied about under the wrong name, Nancy Taylor, I corrected this in Court to Nancy Fox and I feel I D theft may be done to me by someone lying about my name due to all the suspicous activity and the trouble I had restoring my maiden name everywhere. Having experienced this I feel Hate Crimes were done possibly due to my Marital Single Mom status as this went on during the divorce year Fox-Taylor Vs. Taylor, and the Divorce was by the Legal Separtion Papers Marriage Dissolved Jan 2000. everything was already spelled out in those papers, and I had been legally separted 5 and 1/2 years when I sold and bought a new house in the same area as the two story we lived in 8 years. Perhaps gang stalkers thought I just divorced fast and sold the two story home family home fast when that was not the case. I shopped for a one story for my Mom to live with my two daughters and I starting in 2001 when she told me she wanted to live with us and not in an elder care, so as a realtor I searched the MLS for the right house to buy everyday from 2001 til May 2005 when I found the right house. I had updated the two story with plans to sell it and invested my single Mom real estate income into it, and in Feb 05 I had new carpet, paint and tile done to List and Sell it. I went on a low carb diet and lost weight and got back to my regular size around the time I Listed the house in Early March after having a long time sober AA party there Feb 27th, 2005. I bought new clothes for regular old size I got back to in 2005, and I feel hate crimes could have been done also because I lost weight, got my house ready to sell, and bought a new house for about 1 million, I updated that house with my two story house equity money I made, and bought furniture and decorated it, and we had a house warming party there Oct 8th, 2005, and maybe hate crimes were done because of all this, loosing weight, new clothes, new house, new furniture, a divorced Mother, it could have been jealous hate crimes also, and I worked hard for what I did for my family, and I invested $300,000.00 into the 1 story in 2005 and lost it because of the harasment coericon that went on. Not only did I loose $300,000.00 I invested in 2005 but we lost years of family time we would have had there because I was lied to and set up to DCFS in spring 2009, and I lost $166,000.00 in real estate business I had going when I was lied about to DCFS and it ruined my 10 year all referal real estate business I built up in the suburb City where we lived for 12 years, and I bought the 1 story in the same suburb City as our two story where lived 8 years, and it was in the same School District we started at in 1997 and in the Same County. Los Angeles County, California. Due to all this I started over in The San Fernando Valley, half an hour away from the suburbs and I opened new bank accounts Nancy G Fox Wells Fargo and Nancy Gail Fox U S Bank, as all my accounts were closed in the suburb area in The Conejo Valley where I had made a good living as a realtor, and a #9999 check over drafted me many times in summer 2009 which my account to close, and that was suspious also as I did not have that number in my check book. I started my Medium career in the San Fernando Valley in 2009 and had empty P O Boxes, and I feel the gang stalkers do I D theft to me and I feel this was a secret act of Discrimination due to my Maritial Status.
