faces a FUNDING SHORTFALL driven by HIGHER-THAN-EXPECTED-COST$, according to a statement from the
service Monday.
The Air Force said it NEEDED to take these steps now “TO AVOID EXHAUSTING FUNDS” dedicated to personnel.
