When Will The Rapture Occur According To Christ?

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

Matthew 24:29-31

Jesus tells us plainly that He will return after the tribulations, He said that immediately after the tribulations of those days there will be signs in the heavens and then the sign of His coming would appear. He also said that the rapture would occur after His sign in the heavens are seen, as He sends His angels to gather the elect from the four winds. And as you know what He says is of the ultimate authority since He was the word of God in the flesh. We will look at what He said below.

Men argue over whether the rapture is pre, mid or post tribulation. Jesus clears this up for us in His words where as I said it is quite plain and clear. And of course it does not go along with what men have taught us, and regardless of their popular teachings, and people’s current beliefs you will have to change your theology because of the word and testimony of Christ on this matter, and because the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy according to the servant who spoke to John in Revelations. What Jesus said here is not going to be popular but it is the truth, it is His word on the matter. This may challenge you but you ultimately know you have to receive the word of God on this matter. And naturally many will say “Oh but we believe it this way” or “We can prove this is not the truth.” Yet show us something clear that does not require some cleaver hoops and loops in interpretation that we have to go through to land where the rapture occurs before or mid the tribulations?

29 Immediately *after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

30 And *then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

31 And he *shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. Matthew 24:29-31

Notice the order of events:

*after the tribulation of those days

*then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven

*shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds

You can believe what men say if you want, however I am believing this because this is what Jesus said. I realize you might not like what this says because you where taught a pre tribulation rapture doctrine. And of course this means you will have to go through the tribulations. I realize that is not what you envisioned you would have to do, but this is the word of God on the matter. This also means you have to change your mind set and realize you have to be prepared for the days that are coming. You have allot to do in order to prepare your self.

Hate to pop your bubble friend, but there is no such thing as the rapture. Sadly when you embrace Catholicism’s false ascend to heaven/ descend to hell paradigm it’s pretty obvious you’ll believe just about anything. You have been misled. This scriptural distortion is literally a doctrine of death. “Romans 6:23 (KJV) For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Yeshua Christ our Lord.”

According to scripture the 144,000 resurrected at the return of Christ, those who will be raised from the dead and transformed to spirit at the moment of Yeshua Christ’s second coming are the righteous, the tried and true who’ve been slotted to assist/reign with Christ during his millennial reign. They’re commissioned to rule with and help Christ prepare for the eventual coming of God’s Kingdom to planet earth. This is the “first resurrection.” This resurrection is unique as those resurrected will be instantly transformed to spirit like Christ was. They will be the first after Christ to become spiritual members of God’s eternal family, Elohim. During the second resurrection that isn’t the case.

“Revelation 20:4-6 (KJV) And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and…

31 And he *shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

This right here is the rapture, likewise it is confirm by another more famous scripture that tells us we will be caught up in Spirit to meet Jesus in the air at his coming. So you are wrong. Also you might have never noticed it but the 144,000 are standing on Mt Sion which is not Mt Zion and Moses tells us that Sion is Mt Hermon where Ezekiel saw the New Jerusalem descend down upon, upon the great and high mountain in the heights of Israel, and furthermore John tells us that he saw the heavenly city descend down upon a great and high mountain, which also happens to be the great mountain seen in Daniel chapter 2.

        Deuteronomy 4:48
“From Aroer, which is by the bank of the river Arnon, even unto mount Sion, which is Hermon,”

Revelation 14:1 in the original KJJV says Sion and not Zion, although modern versions have changed this to Zion which is wrong. There is a difference in prophecy.

Like a delicious Boeuf bourguignon, God’s Word is best prepared when adhering to the exact recipe. We must avoid the carnal urge to add additional ingredients that spoil meal. Accept just what is written, guided by God’s Spirit, not what you think you know! We all do this knowingly or unknowingly, and it hinders spiritual growth.

Matthew 24:31 is better understood by reading the previous verse. “Matthew 24:30 (KJV) And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.”

Matt 24:30 helps us grasp the intended meaning of 24:31. “Matthew 24:31 (KJV) And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”

This passage is referencing first God’s league of angels gathering the recipients of the first resurrection who were being called up into the heavens, the troposphere where clouds are formed, not Heaven where God Almighty resides. There is a huge difference, yet I understand it’s easy to get confused. Let’s see what 1 Thess has to say on the subject.

“1 Thessalonians 4:15 (KJV) For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the…
