"Blackout Warfare" With "Super-EMP" China, Russia On Edge
China and Russia prepping for Blackout Warfare with a Super EMP on the USA. Both seem to be partners in some aspiring plans for world domination lately. As all hell breaks lose in this world it is inevitable to the power hungry that they are going to make their move sometime in our lifetimes. Probably gonna be sooner than later at this rate.
Russia, China and several other nations are developing powerful high-altitude technologies that can produce super-electromagnetic pulse (EMP) waves capable of knocking out critical electronic infrastructure, according to several declassified 2017 reports from the now-defunct Commission to Assess the Threat to the United States from EMP events.
“Super-EMP” weapons, as they are termed by Russia, are nuclear weapons specially designed to generate an extraordinarily powerful E1 EMP field. Super-EMP warheads are designed to produce gamma rays, which generate the E1 EMP effect, not a big explosion, and typically have very low explosive yields, only 1-10 kilotons … Even EMP hardened U.S. strategic forces and command, control, communications and intelligence (C3I) systems are potentially vulnerable to such a threat. -Firstempcommission.org
It’s possible that Maddow was partly referring to a botched 2016 Washington Post story which claimed that Russia had infiltrated Vermont’s power grid. The paper was forced to correct that story after getting it completely wrong (spoiler: Russia did not hack the grid).
Maddow warned Americans that as they shivered in the freezing cold temperatures this winter, they were actually“relying on [Russia and China’s] good graces” to keep the heating on.

She then introduced Wall Street Journal writer Rebecca Smith, who has reported on the vulnerabilities of the US power grid and who echoed Maddow’s fears, claiming that Russia and China “might work together to do us harm.”
