We had a ‘shelter-in-place’ drill, at my school, where there was supposed to be an armed bank robber, on campus. Noone ever saw him. It wasn’t in the papers. When I asked what ever happened, I was told it was a drill.
There doesn’t literally have to be sharknadoes, snakes on planes, or outer space lighting, in real life, for them to declare emergency powers. There doesn’t have to be a false flag. It can just be reported as though there was an actual emergency.
