When God Calls you, He qualifies you. God will always provide the skills, ability, direction and resources we need to carry out His will to show your “True Content Of Character “

“THE CONTENT OF YOUR CHARACTER” The excellence of man is his character. Persons of character are noted for their honesty, ethics, and charity. A person’s character is the sum of his or her disposition, thoughts, intentions, desires, and actions. It is good to remember that character is gauged by general tendencies, not on the basis of a few isolated actions. We must look at the whole life.

Character is defined as strength of moral fiber. A.W. Tozer described character as “the excellence of moral beings.”  “Character is the will to do what is right-as defined by God-regardless of personal cost.” Character can be defined as the moral and ethical qualities that shape an individual’s behavior and actions. It encompasses traits such as honesty, integrity, kindness, patience, humility, and self-control.

Character in the believer is a consistent manifestation of Jesus in his life. It is the purity of heart that God gives becoming purity in action. God sometimes uses trials to strengthen character: “we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope” (Romans 5
And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.

Trusting God completely means having Faith that He knows whats best for your life. You expect him to keep his promises, help you with problems, and do the impossible when necessary. @RickWarren

And with that thought in mind I created INSURGARD UNLIMITED in 1998 so Black America could have a way be self sufficient, prosperous and thrive no matter who or what was running the country. It turned out God had bigger plans for me because of circumstances beyond my control I was told to speak Truth and learn Patience. thus began my 20 year journey!! I joined Facebook and got to work.I created #BLACKRIGHTSMATTER my petition, but more than that it was to pay tribute to all those who came before me that could not say that!! I created “The Circle Of INSURGARD as a starting point #MeAndYouYouAndMe From where I stay to where you stay as a blueprint. In the Circle we take care of each other at INSURGARD jobs are for life, business contracts are for life, the foundations I am sitting up are for life, the programs I am creating to train people to work with me in the Insurance Industry will have stress free jobs, they will be glad to be a part of Monday love from me that is expressed as lunch on me!!. those who worked with me know!! I was the best manager in the collection industry for years. Now think about this x 36 states to do this in creating thousands of jobs in a non existent much needed field “Information Verification”where I and show them how to verify information state to state country to country
 24 hours a day, 365 days a year job.think about it they did what they did in 1999 and it’s 2024 and we still can’t verify Insurance instantly WHY? Because they did not create what they have, I did. I am going to shake up, upgrade and make the Insurance Industry give back instead of always taking. And I will instill programs to make them give back to America

They have tried every dirty trick in the book to cover this up and God shows me what they did. for over 20 years I have been telling the same TRUTH!! it’s disheartening to see so many people still asleep sometimes especially when they go against what we were taught.

I am no different from any of you other than the village of 5th ward tx. raised me with book sense, common sense and street sense second to none preparing me to do something GREAT!! and in my 67 years of life I have lived 3 times, that’s a blessing where I come from. I am now an Elder with knowledge of duties passed down to me from my Ancestors to make my life count as a contributing factor for my kids and all kids coming after me who will see what I’ve done and know I expect great things from them, so it is my job to show them the way. I lead as I always have by example and with Unconditional Love, I had to learn to have a filter, But, I mean what I say and I say what I mean and I will never lie to you, to do that I would have to believe the lie. And I am not an Actor, Entertainer or Politician.
