Breaking News: Ken & Barbie vs Goliath IRS – Hand Written Demand Filed For Ken

On October 2, 2023 Ken Cromar provided a hand-written Emergency Motion to Compel Disclosable And Discoverable Exculpatory Evidence. The filing contains the following:

“The Defendant in error not been served and the jail personnel hereby moves this court to compel the plaintiff government to immediately provide to following deficiencies from their indictment and pleadings…

Demand that they disclose a true and complete Bill of Particulars, as per Utah Criminal Rule of Procedure 25 (b)(2) cited previously.

Disclose that the Discovery promised in open court to in Weber County Jail by September 19^th did not occur. To date, the promised tablet containing said Discovery has not been served and the jail personnel remain hostile to Defendant (in error) to receive “Legal Mail” marked USPS mail and to visit Law Library for research, etc. (See Exhibit A – the letter exchange regarding Discovery not providing for 13 days. And Exhibit B – “Inmate Grievance Form” written September 20, 2023 listing Civil Rights and Due Process abuse of power with Remedy provided.)

The Remedy I must DEMAND is immediate and complete access to all elements of Constitutionally guaranteed “Assistance of Counsel” which includes unfettered access to LEGAL MAIL, Private calls, complete Law Library as described by Supreme Court, ability for daily review, research, writing on computer, internet, wifi, printing, and fax, etc., as is available to the Prosecution team working to convict me of “crimes” I did not commit, also, including but not limited to, my ability to File my docs with the court and access to my “papers and effects”, personal electronic files containing my previous 18 court cases and evidence related to this case. The Weber County Jail is interfering with my access to the Court and legal documents & research by Assistance to Counsel and friends.
