Judy Note: According to the below information, early morning Tues. 3 Nov. 2026 the Federal Reserve was forced to closed it’s doors. On Sun. 1 Nov. 2026 the new gold/asset-backed Quantum Financial System had activated as the global monetary system of 209 countries. The Fed was no longer needed, nor wanted.

For over a century, the Fed had operated as a private corporation that controlled the American monetary system—creating money out of thin air, setting rates for its shareholders, and driving the debt system.

Now the Fed could no longer control US Taxpayer monies, nor your income through the banks, didn’t have the power to set interest rates, nor determine interest rates on mortgages, credit cards, or loans. None of the large Cabal banks could function unless they could back their monies with gold or assets. In other words, the Fed and their Cabal banks could not use their fiat paper US Dollar that they printed at will to keep you in debt.

 Now us as sovereign citizens, not the banks, will have complete control over our own “wallets,” formerly known as bank accounts.

There will be a period of time, suspected to be 10-12 days, where banks and ATMs will be closed Worldwide in order to adjust to the new system. It was advised you secure cash, food and essentials for your family until you can set up your personal wallet on the new Global Financial System.

After the 10-12 days you will be notified over TV, Radio, Phone and Internet how to make an appointment at a nearby Redemption Center. The undersigned, of lawful age, does swear to the truth and states the following facts:

A) On or about February, 2019, persons portraying themselves as Judges, Prosecuting Attorneys, CPS, Sheriff(s), Police, Foster Homes, Hospitals, Psychologists for Guernsey County, and throughout the State of Ohio did, in their official capacities, deprive Kaitlynn Marie Hunter and Jeannine Larrick, her mother (“victims”) of rights secured by and enumerated in the Constitution for the United States of America, when victim was held to answer for infamous and/or capital crimes in lieu of indictment by a Grand Jury, as required by Clause 1 of Amendment 5 to the Constitution for the United States of America.

Public Officials herein have colluded within a System of law patterned after the maritime trust that transfers the commercial interests of the people, called “surety ship” to alien strangers wherein commerce knows no bounds and is typified by a flood. The women (victims) herein, are the real true bona fide seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. 6. National Youth Alliance Program (NYAP) conducted Behavioral Modifications. Kaitlynn was Hypnotized through NYAP Journey Home Foster care Agents, along with many of her friends. Kaitlynn was trafficked into Fox Run Mental Health (children as young as 3-yo were sexually violated); CEO Mackendrick was recently arrested for crimes against children.
7. Judges and attorneys socializing (colluding) together outside of court while handling the same cases
8. Status conferences being used in place of formal hearings, sometimes outside the courthouse
9. Decisions affecting custody and visitation made without evidentiary proceedings
10. Jeannine has been pressured into agreements under threat of contempt, incarceration into jails and/or psych ward
11. Jeannine (Pro se litigant) was always treated dismissively by court staff 12. Extended judicial delays separated Jeannine from Kaitlynn since 2/11/2019
12. Forced (fabricated) Competency Evaluations of Jeannine resulted in trafficking her into Appalachia Behavior Health (Psych Ward) for five months while force-injecting and force-medicating her with psychotropic drugs absent her consent, while public officials stole permanent custody of Kaitlynn.
13. Kaithlynn was force-injected with Pfizer COVID and Flu Shots while in Foster homes and Hospitals absent her consent.
14. Kaitlynn was exposed to mold-infested foster home of Kirsten and Johnathan Pride
15. Kaitlynn was exposed to seven years of severe emotional- psychological- physical- abuse due to MK-Ultra Programming, resulting in Violence, Hatred and Physical Abuse toward Jeannine (her mother); along with extreme hatred toward President Trump and the Military.
