On Wed. 23 Sept. 2026 at ten am EST the Federal Reserve System was shut down and bank wires were no longer going through on the old SWIFT System.

On Wed. 23 Sept. 2026 at 6 pm EST the Quantum Financial System (QFS) was absorbed by the new US Treasury.

The next day on Thurs. at 2am EST 23 global currencies on the QFS Trading Platform were activated and began trading, with a total activation of the QFS System by 4pm EST.

There were 37 states so far that have indicated they will be part of the new Restored Republic.

All but seven states have attached themselves to the QFS and pegged to the new UST Dollar.
$111 trillion was held by the US Treasury out of US Taxpayer dollars. A little over $4 trillion of that has been designated to each state that declares themselves as a sovereign state in the Restored Republic and is to be used for infrastructure.

In the British police files from the nineties, there exists a tape that still sends shivers down the spines of those who have seen it today.
They call it “The Bjorn Tape.” It’s not an internet legend or a made-up horror story. It’s a real video, recorded in the late eighties or early nineties, in which a boy whom the British police nicknamed “Bjorn” because they never managed to identify his real identity, suffers extreme sexual abuse and systematic torture.
Scotland Yard obtained a copy. They analyzed it and showed frames to the 1997 documentary *The Boy Business*.
Even so, neither the victim nor the men who filmed it have been publicly identified to this day. The tape circulated for years among pedophile networks across Europe. It was just one more product in a clandestine market that operated with cold business efficiency.
The setting for this story is Amsterdam in the late eighties and early nineties. There, a group of British individuals set up shop and turned the city into a hub for organized child exploitation. They rented premises and set up brothels to traffic minors clandestinely, most of them kidnapped. First, they brought in homeless minors from the streets of London. Then, when the Soviet bloc fell, they started importing children from Eastern Europe, many of them just ten or eleven years old.
One of the names that appears repeatedly in the investigations is that of Warwick Spinks, a British pedophile based in Amsterdam. He was 25 years old when he earned enough money to buy Amsterdam’s Gay Palace. From 1990, he produced and sold snuff films. His friends Norbert De Rijck and De Souza ran the Temse-Madeira network (Belgium-Netherlands-Portugal), which organized trips that included recordings of child abuse on the island of Madeira. Warwick was funding the trips of Robert Van Der Naeten at the time, who trafficked children from Madeira to Dutch brothels, but he wasn’t convicted, unlike the other three.
The evidence had existed since 1992. The network was already connected. The Werkgroep Morkhoven association and its leader Marcel Vervloesem had already documented an active network spanning Belgium, the Netherlands, and Madeira. In January 1992, Werkgroep Morkhoven handed over photos and videos to the Belgian Minister of Justice. The material was then forwarded to the Ghent prosecutor. That same year, searches were carried out and a video titled “Portugal-Madeira” was seized. An Interpol fax already mentioned several individuals involved. Belgian justice had known about this network at least since 1992 and did nothing, covering it up and silencing it.
The most important thing: all of this happened before the discovery of the Zandvoort CD-ROMs. The same organization that exposed the Temse-Madeira network was the one that, in July 1998, handed over the key material from the Zandvoort case to the authorities and the televisions. Temse served as the base, Madeira as the production site, and the Netherlands as the distribution hub. The network was already crossing borders long before the Zandvoort CD-ROMs made headlines.
Werkgroep Morkhoven proved that the child exploitation networks in Europe in the 90s were not isolated cases. They had been connected for years. What was discovered in Zandvoort wasn’t the origin, but the continuation of a web that was already operating between Belgium, the Netherlands, and Portugal.

 

B. What we thought we knew, but didn’t really know and now are supposed to know but don’t have a clue. With clones, doubles, made up movies Hollywood style and Trump’s Military Alliance throwing more popcorn at us, it gets sooo confusing:

. Update Kaitlynn Hunter, Jeannine Larrick

Jeannine Larrick has been released from the Guernsey County Jail, though still faces charges of Obstruction of Justice for harboring her abused daughter Kaitlynn. After seven years of suffering beatings, starvation for a year, refused medical treatment and other atrocities while in the Ohio Foster Child System, Kaitlynn and ran away to the protection of her mother.

Although the original charges were dropped against Jeannine, the Municipal Court has kept the case open, refused to take Larrick’s filings and had another court hearing on her case on Fri. 4 Sept. 2026. There they offered Jeannine to drop the case if she would admit to Obstruction of Justice – which she, of course, she refused. The jury trial has been set for Sat. 21 Nov. 2026. Let us pray that Constitutional Law is in effect by then.

The intention of Ohio authorities appeared to be to prevent Jeannine and Kaitlynn from testifying against Ohio Child Protective Service authorities, Guernsey county sheriffs, court authorities and Journey Home NYAP foster care – all believed involved in Human Trafficking.

Journey Home NYAP Foster Care and the Ohio government syndicate all the way up to the Ohio Attorney Generals office, was believed connected to a CIA Child Sex Trafficking Ring which prepared Ohio Foster Care teens for entrance into Sex Trafficking.

You may have heard about the massive wildfire that has burned over 90,000 acres, and has cause the evacuation of the city just south of our Florence (Colorado) Prison Camp, Medium, High and Super-Max Prisons. Within the last hour we could see that the flames have worked their way over the top of the mountains and are within view. We also learned earlier this morning that 300 homes and 4 business have burned down. We’re told that the prison does NOT intend to move us, but rather to shelter in place. This doesn’t sound ideal to me as the smoke is really bothering this old man’s asthmatic lungs, I’ve been struggling with coughing fits. Would you pray for the safety of the over 2,000 inmates at the four prisons?

The fires have also caused the warden to cancel all visits until further notice. Unfortunately, my sweet 90 year-old mother and my brother had planned for weeks, purchased tickets, and arranged for a car rental to visit this weekend, but of course, better safe than sorry. Hopefully, they’ll be able to come for a visit soon.
