In 1969, it saw Professor Emeritus of Geophysics David Stone at the University of Alaska releasing his research paper “Leaping Chinese Earthquake Doomsday Weapon”, wherein he theorized: “If at a given moment, all 750 million Chinese obeyed a command to jump from 6½-foot platforms, they could constitute a geophysical weapon…By properly aligning their millions and carefully timing the jump, Peking could aim a ground wave along the Pacific-rim earthquake belt and possibly set off quakes in California”—and was a theory joined yesterday by a magnitude 5.6 earthquake striking the significant oil-producing region of Mendocino County-California.

The offspring, so to speak, of the “Leaping Chinese Earthquake Doomsday Weapon” was warned about by American military historian Max Boot in 2005, about which was documented: “Did anyone catch this line in Max Boot’s recent yellow peril op-ed, warning that China may be looking into creating man-made earthquakes as a way of fighting an asymmetric war against the United States?”.

At the time military historian Max Boot was warning in 2005 about China creating an earthquake weapon, Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez was kicking American oil companies out of his country and selling mainly to China, then it was revealed in 2010: “A tectonic weapon under testing by the United States caused the Haiti earthquake, according to Venezuelan leader Hugo Chavez…President Chavez said the US was playing God by testing devices capable of creating eco-type catastrophes”.

Following the death of President Chavez in 2013, he was succeeded by President Nicolas Maduro, who likewise refused to sell to the United States the heavy oil it needs to produce diesel and jet fuels—Maduro was captured and imprisoned by the United States earlier this year, then Venezuela quit selling its heavy oil to China and began shipping all of it to America—in the span of 39 seconds yesterday, Venezuela was struck by two powerful earthquakes that demolished the ports they export heavy oil from—and today it was warned: “The United States is exhausting its reserve of heavy crude, which is the source of aviation gas and diesel, with estimates that reserves will be empty by the first week of July”.

In 2002, the Russian Parliament convened a panel of scientists, military experts and intelligence professionals to examine what kind of secret weapons the United States is creating, and whose very limited unclassified portion of their extensive report warned: “Under the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), the U.S. is creating a new integral geophysical weapon that may influence the near-Earth medium with high-frequency radio waves…The significance of this qualitative leap could be compared to the transition from cold steel to firearms, or from conventional weapons to nuclear weapons”.

The significance of my letter to you today is my firm belief that you have a right to know all of the facts about everything, which are actually puzzle pieces you have the right to put together into a picture that makes the most logical sense, no matter what anyone tells you—and it is well advised to remember world-renowned De Philosopher DJ Kyos truthfully observing: “If the media reports it and says it is a conspiracy…Then that is where you need to look and focus on…They are covering it up because they are also part of that conspiracy…The media is very good in distorting the truth and saying it is a conspiracy…The media is always the enemy of the people…It is never for the people…It is always against the people”.
