At age 11 the State of Ohio CPS took Kaitlynn from her loving home and placed her in what has turned out to be seven years of a Foster Care Prison. The excuse was that she was not in school, yet the court would not allow registered papers to be filed that proved she was being home schooled by her mother Jeannine.

During her seven years of Foster Care Kaitlynn was raped, twice beaten causing concussions, starved for a year where she lost 60 pounds, refused medical care, refused schooling and refused normal visitation with her mother.

Although in Jan. 2026 the state of Ohio released Kaitlynn from foster care prison because she turned 18 last December, they still will not allow her to return to her home because of a restraining order on her mother Jeannine.

The restraining order was issued because Jeannine harbored her own daughter Kaitlynn when she ran away from those seven years of an extremely abusive foster care situation where she had been raped, beaten, abused, neglected and starved for over a year and lost 60 pounds.

The Court has placed Jeannine’s filing on inactive status while demanding another evaluation on her mental status. This could be considered “EXTORTION.”

Kaitlynn is over eighteen years of age and the order on her mother that denies Kaitlynn’s Emancipation is “UNCONSTITUTIONAL.”
