Bible Study – What were some of the reasons that the Christmas Story had to happen, the rest of the story! Part 4

This is where “The rubber meets the road”. This is what we believe is the main reason the Christmas Story had to happen.

In the previous three Bible Studies, many fundamental truths were shared in which the Word of God teaches us the most magnificent but very true facts for the ‘What were some of the reasons that the Christmas Story had to happen, the rest of the story!’

Let us make sure that before we proceed you know that God thinks that you are the most important person in His eyes and He has gone through major sacrifices to ensure that you learn as much about Him, His Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit in Scriptures that were inspired to be written by the Holy Spirit over many generations by the true infallible prophets. During the Old Testament, if a Prophet declared anything representing God and it did not come to pass, they were killed and all their writings were removed from the temple and burned.

Romans 10:9 (KJV)- “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Since the resurrection of Jesus, the above scripture is now the only one requirement God has for anyone to become a child of God, to be Born Again and live in this life in The Kingdom of God is for them to repent (change their ways and renew their minds (Soul) with the Word of God) and ask Jesus to forgive them of their sins and receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior.  They must believe that Jesus suffered and died and rose again on the third day so that their Spirit and Soul can be born again.  When they die, their Spirits and Souls will go directly to the New Paradise in Heaven and no longer will go to live in the old portion of Hell called Old Paradise (Bosom of Abraham) waiting to be set free.  This is one the most important why ‘we believe is the main reason the Christmas Story had to happen.

Jesus was resurrected in Hell’s portion where he suffered for three days and night for our sins. Jesus was then was resurrected by God and then Jesu went to the Old Paradise portion of the Under World to preach the Gospel to the captives, (saints of old who were with Abraham, also referred as Abraham’s bosom’).  After preaching the Gospel to the righteous Jesus freed the captives to go to the New Paradise in the Third Heaven.  The Bible teaches us that the Old Paradise has been empty ever since.

1 Peter 3:18-19 (KJV) – “For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: ¹⁹ By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison.”

Matthew 27:52-54

There is much more information available in the Bible about what other plans God has for His children in the future after they return with Jesus.

The miracle of the Holy Spirit inspired Word of God and its purpose is that God through the suffering and sacrifices of His Son Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection and anointing of the Holy Spirit has already done everything to liberate every person from the Kingdom of Satan by them only knowing, believing and receiving His open invitation of John 3:16 (KJV): ^“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

Now back to more about the central theme of this series: ‘What were some of the reasons that the Christmas Story had to happen, the rest of the story!’

According to the Word of God, from the moment Adam and Eve sinned they surrendered their God-given delegated authority, powers, dominion and rights to Satan then God began to disclose His plans to rescue His prize creation, Man (his Spirit, Soul and Body) from going to hell and eternal damnation through the Holy Spirit inspired words written by His Prophets starting with Moses.

As mentioned in the previous Bible Study, God gave the prophesy that a Messiah will come and crush the head of Satan and Satan will bruise His heel. Genesis 3:15 (KJV) ^“And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.“

The first prophet in the Bible was Moses. Through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, he authored the first five books of the Bible.

It is very important for us to note that from the first book of the Bible, Genesis, to the last book of the Bible, Revelation, God reveals Jesus.

Also, it is very important to know that the True Prophets of the Old Testaments did not write the Word of God just by hearsay, as many people to this day bought the lies Satan that the Bible was passed verbally from one generation to the next, instead in reality the Prophets were placed in a trance by the Holy Spirit and God spoke through them. What they said was written down  and was not their own interpretation, unlike the New Testament Prophets, but rather what the Holy Spirit was dictating them to say and write. During the Old Testament time once whatever the Old Testament prophet declared in the Name of the God it had come to pass,. all they said was written and then taken to the temple and if it did not come to pass the prophets were put to death and all their previous statements were removed from the temple, burnt and destroyed. Naturally, if the prophets were already passed away all of their past statements that had come to pass were then also removed from the temple, burnt and destroyed.

As it is written in the Word, God appointed and anointed Moses to go to Egypt and rescue the children of Israel from slavery and lead them to the promised land.

Similarly, God’s Son Jesus was appointed and anointed by God to rescue His creation, Man from the slavery of the Kingdom of Satan and Jesus made it possible for every person to be born again so that after the believer’s death their Spirit and Soul go directly to the New Paradise in heaven. The Spirit and Soul of the born-again believers no longer goes to the Old Paradise partition of the Under Word because Jesus fulfilled all the prophesies about Himself in the Old Testament and paid the price for our sins to be forgiven and for God to remember them no more because of His shed Holy Blood, Holy Broken Body and Resurrection by God on The Third Day to be Restored.

Old Testament Prophecy about the coming Messiah:

Isaiah 53: 1-6 (KJV) “Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?

² For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.

³ He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

⁴ Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

⁵ But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

⁶ All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.”

New Testament Fulfillment of the Word of God Isaiah 53: 1-6 (KJV) :

1 Peter 2:24 (KJV) “Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.”

Romans 3:25 -26 (KJV) “Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

²⁶ To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.”

Again, it is very critical for us to know that Jesus has paid the total price IN FULL for our sins so that every person could be born again and live now in the Kingdom of God in this life on Earth.  After this life, Jesus has promised He has made a place for each of the born again believers who continues to love Him and obey His commandment in the palaces in the House of His Father.

John 14:1-2 (KJV) – “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. ^” In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.”

During the three and half years of Jesus’ ministry on Earth before His suffering, broken body, shedding of His blood and death on the cross, God had promised to Jesus that He would restore Him, “the temple will be restored” which was fulfilled when Jesus was resurrected in Hell on the Third Day as God had promised..

Jesus followed the schedule of the Jewish feasts. At Passover, Jesus gathered His disciples and taught them how prepare their hearts to receive the ultimate gift of deliverance and salvation He was to be remembered by: 1 Corinthians 11:24-33 (KJV) “And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.

²⁵ After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, this cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.

²⁶ For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord’s death till he come.

²⁷ Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.

²⁸ But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.

²⁹ For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.

³⁰ For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.

³¹ For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.

³² But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.

³³ Wherefore, my brethren, when ye come together to eat, tarry one for another.”

As the above scriptures teach us, God proved that Jesus is the true Prophet for everything Jesus proclaimed has come to pass and we have the full confidence that every Word Jesus said and The Holy Spirit has revealed will surely come to pass.

Sadly, even to this day, Satan has infiltrated the Gospel of Jesus Christ by presenting various versions that differ from the original prophesies in the Word of God and especially what Jesus taught His disciples and the Holy Spirit has confirmed through the ages.

In John 14:6 (KJV) Jesus said : “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me”.

There are others that have established their beliefs on accepting the belief that through an Angel or ‘A Spirit’ God has sent them an ‘UPGRADE’ for the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The religious spirit has convinced an early church to declare that they have the original Christian (Apostle’s Decree) and that they have received special revelation that supersedes the Gospel of Jesus Christ and have proclaimed “That They are God and Salvation is available only through them.”. Some of the others have declared that an angel, or a spirit, appeared to them and has given them the true way for salvation with modifications to what The Gospel of Jesus Christ has been proclaimed for ages before.
