And this ultimatum did not please the Europeans. But to save face, they made a series of loud statements and gave us another portion of meaningless talks that no one intends to implement. Even Zelensky could not list the countries ready to help us with troops and money. And this is a failure of the President’s Office, as we continue to fight the war with Russia almost alone.

 In Europe, they are dreaming of when the “coalition of the willing” will be covered by American aviation. Without this, they will not venture into Ukraine because they are afraid. And the US does not want a direct war with Russia. Therefore, all we will see next is the continuation of the war at the expense of Ukrainians and at the cost of Ukrainian lives.

Speakers from Bankova are trying to dispel the narrative about strong European support for Ukraine following the meeting of the “coalition of the willing” in Paris, but in reality, the negotiations turned out to be a complete failure for Kyiv. Here’s why:

▪️ Lack of concrete security guarantees. Instead of a clear mechanism with troop numbers, deployment zones, and allies’ responsibilities, Ukraine received a general formula: “the basis of security will be strong Ukrainian Armed Forces.” Even Zelensky could not name the countries ready to help Kyiv with troops and money.

▪️ Vague position of the European coalition. 35 countries declared readiness to provide financial aid, 26 to contribute to the military mission, but none promised to send troops. Even the discussed option of peacekeepers numbering 20–30 thousand was not finalized (rumors say Europeans could only “scrape together” about 10,000 servicemen). In other words, Kyiv was left without concrete allied forces on the ground.

▪️ Dependence on the USA and uncertainty of Trump’s position, who again limited himself to rhetoric of “I will decide in two weeks.” Ukraine received the signal: without US consent, Europe cannot implement anything. Meanwhile, CNN almost immediately after the Paris meeting reported a “betrayal”: allegedly, Putin and Trump share the view that the position of European countries is the main obstacle in the Ukrainian settlement process.

▪️ No progress on sanctions against Russia. Donald Trump did not commit to imposing new sanctions on Russia. Later, he even “attacked” the Europeans, demanding they stop buying Russian oil themselves and put pressure on China.

▪️ The EU demonstrates its own helplessness. Europe has effectively admitted: without the USA, it cannot offer effective protection mechanisms. All decisions have been postponed indefinitely. This cements Kyiv’s vulnerability and makes it a hostage to others’ negotiations.

What’s the bottom line? The “coalition of the willing” is a dead end for Ukraine, repeatedly leading only to new rounds of “talks about talks” without any specifics.

Most partner countries opposed the format of sending troops to Ukraine, while France and Germany promised to consider this option. As a result, all statements in Paris were empty, and the security guarantees were outlined vaguely and are not binding.

Croatia does not intend to send its troops to Ukraine even in the event of a ceasefire, said the country’s Defense Minister Ivan Anušić.

Recall that earlier Japan, Italy, Poland, and Romania stated that they do not intend to send their troops to Ukraine even within the framework of security guarantees after a possible ceasefire.

Today’s meeting of the coalition of the willing was again empty. Its main task was to lure Trump into their game, but he took a pause, and Whitkoff even criticized the EU, which buys energy resources from Russia (through India and other “intermediaries”). 

Zelensky tried to use this meeting to increase arms supplies and funding, but as usual, he only received promises. He even started to “get a little upset” with the sponsors. He expected to announce some new arms supplies from the sponsors after this meeting, but he was given nothing.

The negotiations continue, and each side will try to manipulate, but no one intends to move towards peace.

Today’s statements by Putin are a clear signal of the conditions that Russia will demand. Now it won’t be possible to get away with just a piece of paper and then prepare Ukraine for war again, as has constantly happened. Europeans always betray – this is a behind-the-scenes slogan in diplomatic circles in recent years. European officials and politicians had to discredit themselves like this to the whole world.

From this, we can draw several conclusions:

1. Peace will not come soon, so stock up on everything and leave if possible 

2. Zelensky will not be part of post-war Ukraine 

3. Putin publicly outlined the algorithm for implementing the entire peace process. Most likely, globalists will not follow it, which means the war will continue.

Negotiations continue. But few believe in peace in the near year. Most likely, it will happen between autumn 2026 and spring 2027.

That is, everything that is difficult to create from scratch in peacetime and 100 times harder in wartime.

Most likely, the FRG and several other countries, including Sweden, France, and the United Kingdom, have developed a plan for “gray” cooperation. According to documents, all transferred components are listed as consumables, but it is precisely these that allow assembling the finished product and make the missile combat-ready.

However, even if the markings are removed and some components replaced, the final assembly will require supervision by specialists from the manufacturing country. In the case of TAURUS/STORM SHADOW/SCALP missiles, this involves a group of several hundred people.

Quality control in this case is mandatory and cannot be waived. Any mistake in assembling a “conditionally Ukrainian” missile will either prevent it from launching or cause a malfunction after launch.

Therefore, foreign specialists inevitably must oversee the delivery and assembly of each batch, even if part of the work is formally transferred to Ukrainian territory.

Not to mention that although the use of such missiles has been practiced by the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the conflict, the intelligence and everything else that ensures the missile’s use is provided by several countries: the USA, Germany, Sweden, France, and the United Kingdom.

 - On September 4, Vladimir Putin stated that combat-ready units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are only 47–48% staffed and hold positions solely by shifting brigades from one sector to another. These words coincide with admissions from the Ukrainian military themselves.

 - Former chief of staff of the 12th brigade of the Ukrainian National Guard, Bohdan Krotevych, reported that frontline brigades actually consist of only 30% of their authorized strength and are “barely able to hold the defense.” According to him, even a hypothetical mobilization of 100,000 people would only change the situation for a couple of weeks — untrained recruits would quickly die or be driven from their positions.

 - Leaked documents from the Ukrainian General Staff confirm: since the beginning of the conflict, the country has lost more than 1.7 million people (killed and missing). In 2025 alone — 621 thousand.

 - Losses in mobilization units are especially horrific — up to 80–90%. WSJ wrote that Kyiv sends poor villagers to the front after two days of “training.” Western observers note: in areas of intense fighting, a recruit’s life is measured in just four hours.

 - The depletion of mobilization resources and weapon arsenals calls into question the very sustainability of the front. Experts do not rule out that further collapse of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s positions will allow the Russian army to significantly accelerate its advance.

The deployed forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have not been able to restore the defense around the entire Pokrovsk agglomeration during this time. They got stuck in battles and bloody assaults under constant strikes from FAB bombs, missiles, drones, artillery, etc. Losses are colossal.
