 Judy Note: For nearly ten years I worked in Utah Child Welfare, Protective Services and Juvenile Court. Back then our biggest problem was manipulative perpetrator fathers who would influence the system not to investigate their charges of child sexual abuse.

I found very dedicated Child Welfare workers who worked overtime to protect the children; county attorneys who earnestly tried to seek justice and judges who made rulings in favor of the best interests of the child. I’m sure those type of people still work in the system.

However, the system has changed.

Evil people have infiltrated state governments, such as in the democratic states of Ohio, Colorado and California. Governments there from the governor, courts, law enforcement and media on down appeared to support State Child Protective Services securing children for an international Child Sex Trafficking Ring, which was very real and run by the CIA and Vatican.

It now appeared that Massachusetts could be added to that list of states imbedded in corrupt Satan Worshipping officials who answered only to the Illuminati Deep State Cabal.

The Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF), Franklin County, appears to be working with Massachusetts police, court system and news media to kidnap children and incarcerate their parents.

Was it for the purpose of trafficking children?

• Under Constitutional Law there MUST BE an Injured Party in order for the State to take custody of children and incarcerate parents. Evidently in the below case of a family of six children, the State appeared to be the perpetrator, while the injured parties turned out to be the child and their parent – as happened in the Kaitlynn Hunter case in Ohio.
• It also seemed that so-called “mandatory reporters” have infiltrated governing entities (education/medical/judicial/religious, etc.) nationwide – for the sole purpose of supporting the trafficking of children.
• Beginning May 2023, Massachusetts DCF launched an aggressive case against a family of six children (ages 5-17) while apparently fabricating reports, rife with libel, slander, defamation of character and triple hearsay, apparently having no actual factual evidence of their allegations.
• This case began when the mother sought medical attention for her 5-year-old child. The child recovered and was proven to be healthy and safe.
• Ever since then, DCF, together with Armed Athol Police men, BAR members, and Juvenile Judges in Franklin County, Massachusetts, multiple attempts have been made to kidnap six children.

• After the mother was charged with six counts of Felony Kidnap and Obstruction of Justice, on May 13, 2025, 5:13AM, a 20-man Armed SWAT Team (consisting of DCF, Armed FBI Field Agents, Armed Athol Police men, Armed State Police men) kicked the front door in to this family’s private home to abduct the mother of six children (ages 5 to 17). • January 29, 2010, Silsby was arrested for attempting to traffick 33 “orphan” children out of the country with NO documentation. S. All Tom Fairbanks did was to spend much of his life gathering evidence on the Ritual Abuse of children in Utah. In early March 2024 he was arrested and placed in the Utah Weber County Jail. For what? The real reason for attacks on Tom appeared to be that the Powers That Be couldn’t afford to have someone with Tom’s very valid evidence of SRA cases to be running around unchecked. Fairbanks’ problems began when he decided to take his evidence of Satanic Ritual Abuse of children to share with Utah governmental powers. No sooner had he done so when a tsunami of problems began to plague his life including being poisoned and suffering years of court battles on made up cases.

Update Fri. 22 Aug. 2025:

I am in FCI Englewood waiting for oral arguments on appeal of my federal conviction for securities fraud. I was found guilty by a jury in a trial where my Federal Public Defenders called no witnesses to the stand, the Utah State Attorney General’s Office interfered with the only witness being called in my behalf, and the Federal Public Defenders presented very little physical evidence.

 

Following my conviction, the Utah State Attorney General filed a civil suit against me and a non-existent entity, by the Utah State Securities Commission in an administrative court to collect the restitution money awarded by the jury in my federal conviction, plus penalties for the State of Utah. After months of court filings and conference calls, the Commission filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. On Thursday August 14, 2025, the Utah State Securities Commission held a public meeting to consider the Motion against me.

 

Months before my trial, and under suggestion of my Federal Public Defenders, I made two cashier’s checks: one directly payable to one “victim” and one payable to my personal civil attorney’s trust account until the Federal Public Defenders negotiated settlement with the other “victim.” An email was sent to inform all Federal Public Defenders of the payments, which I did not owe. They failed to negotiate settlement and never addressed the payments with the court or the jury at trial.

 

Now the judge for the Utah State Attorney General, who I originally appealed to for assistance and protection, is going to issue an order for default judgment, for a debt that wasn’t owed and yet was paid long before being found guilty by a tampered jury. It’s pretty ironic and just another example of a casualty of injustice, from the office of a man who railed on the corruption of his predecessors, during his election campaign.

If you see the following message on your Telegram or any other account, please realize it was likely a Scam: “You’ve been selected for early access to activate your QFS Card—a symbol of unity and financial empowerment. Due to overwhelming demand, we’re offering this exclusive opportunity to activate your card and unlock your reserved benefits immediately. Your QFS Card is verified, and your funds are ready for release!”

Apparently the TRB so-called “Trump Gold Products” Scam is still alive and well on the Internet. Initially I received well over 400 email complaints on the matter before I had to cut them off. Recently I checked into it again. Now they are promising that you can still cash in your TRB products by setting up a Quantum Account with them (where they will claim you have over 40 million $ in your account). Only after you have given them your personal information, plus paid them thousands of dollars more – they will then promise to release the monies to you – which they never do. At least, no one has proven to me that they have ever received monies from investing in TRB products.

I understand there are several investigations open with local police and the FBI on this very sophisticated TRB Products Scam.
