Judy Note Update: Kaitlynn Hunter and Jeannine Jarrick:

We have heard nothing from President Trump, nor the White Hats about our urgent cry on Monday to rescue Kaitlynn and Jeannine from their persecutors, the Ohio CPS. On Tues. 26 Aug. Jeannine asked that the White House be notified that Kaitlynn is in danger and still suffers from untreated and bleeding head wounds – which Ohio CPS has not only never had treated, but actually prevented Kaitlynn from being treated.

Both Kaitlynn and her mother Jeannine remain in grave danger. They are witnesses to six years of child torture, beatings and rape of other children in the Ohio CPS system. It is strongly believed CPS was preparing Kaitlynn and other foster care teens to enter an international Child Sex Trafficking Ring.

Three times during her foster care stay Kaitlynn has run for her life to protect herself from rapes and severe physical and psychological abuse in which she was forced to live.

Kaitlynn remains suffering from untreated head injuries from beatings and a year of starvation in foster care. She was originally placed in Ohio Foster Care because she was being home schooled, but during six years in foster care had not received proper schooling.

On Mon. 25 Aug. and without being shown an arrest warrant, the two were arrested at their 37 acre property and home by Guernsey County Ohio Sheriff Jeffrey D. Paden. A SWAT Team consisting of six police cars and 12-13 police abducted Jeannine and Kaitlynn, and then tried to abduct Grandmother Betty. Jeannine was placed in jail. The whereabouts of Kaitlynn is unknown.

The police wanted to place Betty in a nursing home, but Betty refused. A relative is now caring for her in her home. Betty is very sick, on oxygen and in a wheelchair. The state could now try to probate her, assign her a guardian and steal her 37 acres of beautiful land – something which Jeannine is fearful they will do.

On Tues. 26 Aug. 2025 Jeannine’s charge description was updated from a “Parole Violation” to “Obstructing Justice.” Neither were on parole. Neither have committed a crime.

The situation went back to 6 November 2024 when Kaitlynn was beaten, again, while in foster care. Almost a week later and only after badgering by her mother Jeannine Jarrick, Ohio CPS finally took Kaitlynn to a hospital.

While staying there overnight to be observed for a bleeding brain injury, Ohio CPS workers kidnapped her from the hospital in the middle of the night. She landed in a Ohio group home, but was not treated for her injuries there.

Several weeks later she escaped and was on the run for nine months until Mon. 25 Aug. when, without a search warrant, Kaitlynn and Jeannine were arrested at their home by Guernsey County Ohio Sheriff Jeffrey D. Paden, Detective Bill Patterson and 11 officers.

Back in November 2024 in the hospital, Kaitlynn was in critical condition, suffering head trauma, continuous pressure on her brain, pain and needle feelings in her skull, had a brain fluid leak, two knots on her skull, had trouble pronouncing words, couldn’t spell and slurred her words. She was highly agitated and her left eye had turned brown. For the past several years she had suffered Dissociation as a result of past trauma such as being starved for a year where she lost 60 pounds and denied prescribed nutrition to regain her health. Eyes had been dilating for the past few years as a result of past beatings. She was in need of an eye operation from a prior beating months prior. She had been without her clothes, schooling and glasses since Sept. 2024. She had been raped and abused throughout her six year stay in Ohio Foster Care and had tried to commit suicide several times. All the while she was denied contact, or was only able to have little contact, with her one support person, her mother Jeannine Jarrick.

T. “Ken and Barbie vs. Goliath IRS”: Ken Cromar presently sits in prison having been found guilty of living in his own fully owned home and after proving in a Federal Tax Court that he owed no monies to the IRS. Despite the ruling in Cromar’s favor, the IRS sold his home at auction and threw away all his possessions including expensive camera equipment he used to make a living. He was arrested almost a year ago and has been sitting in prison since.

U. All Tom Fairbanks did was to spend much of his life gathering evidence on the Ritual Abuse of children in Utah. In early March 2024 he was arrested and placed in the Utah Weber County Jail. For what? The real reason for attacks on Tom appeared to be that the Powers That Be couldn’t afford to have someone with Tom’s very valid evidence of SRA cases to be running around unchecked. Fairbanks’ problems began when he decided to take his evidence of Satanic Ritual Abuse of children to share with Utah governmental powers. No sooner had he done so when a tsunami of problems began to plague his life including being poisoned and suffering years of court battles on made up cases.

Update Fri. 22 Aug. 2025:

I am in FCI Englewood waiting for oral arguments on appeal of my federal conviction for securities fraud. I was found guilty by a jury in a trial where my Federal Public Defenders called no witnesses to the stand, the Utah State Attorney General’s Office interfered with the only witness being called in my behalf, and the Federal Public Defenders presented very little physical evidence.

Following my conviction, the Utah State Attorney General filed a civil suit against me and a non-existent entity, by the Utah State Securities Commission in an administrative court to collect the restitution money awarded by the jury in my federal conviction, plus penalties for the State of Utah. After months of court filings and conference calls, the Commission filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. On Thursday August 14, 2025, the Utah State Securities Commission held a public meeting to consider the Motion against me.

Months before my trial, and under suggestion of my Federal Public Defenders, I made two cashier’s checks: one directly payable to one “victim” and one payable to my personal civil attorney’s trust account until the Federal Public Defenders negotiated settlement with the other “victim.” An email was sent to inform all Federal Public Defenders of the payments, which I did not owe. They failed to negotiate settlement and never addressed the payments with the court or the jury at trial.

Now the judge for the Utah State Attorney General, who I originally appealed to for assistance and protection, is going to issue an order for default judgment, for a debt that wasn’t owed and yet was paid long before being found guilty by a tampered jury. It’s pretty ironic and just another example of a casualty of injustice, from the office of a man who railed on the corruption of his predecessors, during his election campaign.

Apparently the TRB so-called “Trump Gold Products” Scam is still alive and well on the Internet. Initially I received well over 400 email complaints on the matter before I had to cut them off. Recently I checked into it again. Now they are promising that you can still cash in your TRB products by setting up a Quantum Account with them (where they will claim you have over 40 million $ in your account). Only after you have given them your personal information, plus paid them thousands of dollars more – they will then promise to release the monies to you – which they never do. At least, no one has proven to me that they have ever received monies from investing in TRB products.

I understand there are several investigations open with local police and the FBI on this very sophisticated TRB Products Scam.
