President Trump gave the banks until last Mon.28 July to be set up in the new system – and evidently they were in 210 countries.

Jennifer Fallaws said that we had new rates on the bank screens on Wednesday. Rates must be within an agreed upon range to post to public screens. If they are in range, they will post the rate changes.

Iraqi citizens were told that their new rate would go live Thursday morning 31 July 2025.

Texas Snake said that Forex rules make it so that even though the new foreign currency rates may be posted, they are not available to the front end of the Forex and public until Fri. afternoon 1 Aug. at 2 pm EDT. Banker is being advised that email announcements and 800 numbers would begin on Fri. 1 Aug. and first day for scheduling appointments is Mon. 4 August.

Adam Stephens said, “The tariffs go into full effect at 12 midnight EST. 9pm PST on Fri. 1 Aug. Vietnam container ships have been awaiting the new tariffs and also the new currency of Vietnam in order to download on the dock.

• Congress, therefore, simultaneously created the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), which obliged HHS to compensate injured children. In the words of then Labor and Public Welfare Committee Chairman Senator Edward Kennedy, “when … children are the victims of an appropriate and rational national policy, a compassionate [g]overnment will assist them in their hour of need.”
• Under the VICP, vaccine victims can petition for compensation to the so-called “Vaccine Court,” which pays out awards from a trust fund endowed by a 75-cent surcharge on every vaccine. Congress intended that injured children be compensated “quickly and fairly” for injuries, “either presumed or proven to be causally connected to vaccines,” with doubts about causation resolved in favor of the victim.
• To date, the Vaccine Court has paid out $5.4 billion to 12,000 petitioners. But the VICP no longer functions to achieve its Congressional intent. Instead, the VICP has devolved into a morass of inefficiency, favoritism, and outright corruption as government lawyers and the Special Masters who serve as Vaccine Court judges prioritize the solvency of the HHS Trust Fund, over their duty to compensate victims.
• The structure itself hobbles claimants. The defendant is HHS, not the vaccine makers; and claimants are therefore facing the monumental power and bottomless pockets of the U.S. government represented by the Department of Justice.
• Furthermore, most of the Special Masters come from government, legal, or political posts, and typically display an extreme bias that favors the government side.
• There is no discovery, and the rules of evidence do not apply.
• The government lawyers do not allow children’s attorneys access to the Vaccine Safety Datalink, a taxpayer-funded CDC surveillance system that houses the best data on vaccine injuries.
• Attorney compensation is in the hands of notoriously biased Special Masters and often hostile government attorneys, who can leverage this power to turn petitioner attorneys against their clients’ interests.
• The VICP routinely dismisses meritorious cases outright or drags them out for years. Instead of “quickly and fairly” awarding compensation, Special Masters dismiss over half of the cases. Most of those that proceed typically take 5+ years to resolve, with many languishing for more than 10 years as parents struggle to care for children suffering with often extreme disabilities.
• Petitioners’ attorneys complain that the Special Masters make punitive downward adjustments to attorneys’ fees and medical expert fees to punish effective advocacy.
• Expert witnesses for injured children complain that they suffer intimidation and even threats that they will lose professional status or NIH funding if they testify for injured children.
• The government pays its own medical expert witnesses promptly while simultaneously slow-walking payments for petitioners’ experts—sometimes for years.
• The VICP is broken, and I intend to fix it. I will not allow the VICP to continue to ignore its mandate and fail its mission of quickly and fairly compensating vaccine-injured individuals.

I have close to 4,000 emails I have not had the time to even read. In answer to many of the inquiries: I do not know any more about the time and date of the GCR than what has already been printed in my updates. I do not know how to set an appointment for an exchange, nor for a Med Bed treatment. I will likely find out that information the same time you do and when I do, I will print it in my update. It is my personal opinion that Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) will be notified of how to exchange our foreign currencies and Zim Bonds after the EBS goes off, which might happen worldwide next week, but no firm date has been set. They have said we will be individually notified of how to set exchange or Med Bed appointments through email or text. Keep in mind the Quantum Computer has all your information gathered and likely knows of your changes of address, emails, etc. Any questions you have about your exchange or Med Bed appointment likely could be answered by the person you talk to when you set your exchange appointment.

Zf. SCAM WARNINGS: The QFS is not available yet. Block, Report and Delete anyone who says otherwise. As I understand it every human already has a Free QFS account tied to their national ID. Once the full system activates, you’ll receive instructions on how to access it for free. That has not happened yet. Do not respond to advertisements saying otherwise, as it would likely be a Scam.

If you see the following message on your Telegram or any other account, please realize it was likely a Scam: “You’ve been selected for early access to activate your QFS Card—a symbol of unity and financial empowerment. Due to overwhelming demand, we’re offering this exclusive opportunity to activate your card and unlock your reserved benefits immediately. Your QFS Card is verified, and your funds are ready for release!”

Apparently the TRB so-called “Trump Gold Products” Scam is still alive and well on the Internet. Initially I received well over 400 email complaints on the matter before I had to cut them off. Recently I checked into it again. Now they are promising that you can still cash in your TRB products by setting up a Quantum Account with them (where they will claim you have over 40 million $ in your account). Only after you have given them your personal information, plus paid them thousands of dollars more – they will then promise to release the monies to you – which they never do. At least, no one has proven to me that they have ever received monies from investing in TRB products.

I understand there are several investigations open with local police and the FBI on this very sophisticated TRB Products Scam. Unknown persons using my legal name of Judy Byington were inviting people to sign up for the Quantum Financial System Accounts and Med Bed treatments, plus asking for monies to do so. I know nothing of this and it appeared to be a scam. If someone contacted you or wrote on Telegram saying they were Judy Byington, know that it was not me. Do not give them personal information, nor monies. It was my understanding that signing up for an account on the Quantum Financial System would be free, as would the Med Bed treatments – and none of that has occurred yet.  …Judy Byington
