Judy Note: On 18 July 2025 the joint Trump–RFK Jr. Project Reclamation Task Force launched the largest child rescue operation in human history. It was responsible for exposing one of the darkest networks ever exposed.

It was found that over 500,000 children taken at the border were smuggled by the Biden Administration into a global grid of CIA MKULTRA biometric harvesting, mind control, organ trafficking, ritual abuse, chemical implants, trauma programming and child auctions on the dark web.

Expected to be found involved in the criminal enterprise was the Biden Administration itself, plus the CIA, Rogue U.S. officials, NGOs, foreign intelligence assets, UNICEF, WHO, USAID, the Red Cross, MS-13 cells, Clinton Foundation, Soros, HHS, DARPA, Southwest Key, Children First, the International Rescue Committee and Epstein’s ranch – all now under criminal investigation.

Since April, 2,200 indictments have been unsealed, with 347 arrests. Over 61,000 survivors have been found — many in underground compounds in Texas, New Mexico, Romania and the Philippines.

The scope of the CIA MKULTRA Mind Control program was international in scope and hard to comprehend. Their torture programming of children has been ongoing since the end of World War II. One such case was discovered back in 1958 – 67 years ago at Lincoln Park Air Force Base in Calgary Alberta Canada.

Canadian Air Force personnel massacred 13 children on 17 May 1958 according to a lone survivor of suspected genocide by Royal Canadian Air Force personnel. The CIA Mind Control Survivor, who was testifying before the International Common Law Court of Justice (ICLCJ) in Brussels, said the massacre happened at an Air Force base known as Lincoln Park in Calgary Alberta, Canada.

During ICLCJ Court hearings on the CIA MKULTRA mind control program, the witness also detailed her eyewitness to murders of seven other children. It all happened during her two year childhood stint at the base as a victim of the CIA-funded mind control program to develop “Super Spies.” The homicides were said to take place as the Canadian government was closing their US Taxpayer-funded CIA MKULTRA mind control program.

The witness, now in her mid-sixties, gave heart-wrenching details about the child genocides – as did eighteen other witnesses to illegal activities (such as pedophilia, torture and murder) of the CIA’s Ninth Circle Satanic Child Sacrifice Cult based at the Vatican. 

Children in the CIA mind control program at Lincoln Park were allegedly victimized by a former Nazi SS doctor Josef Mengele known as Dr. Green. These human experiments on children were run at the base between 1956 and 1958. On her website the witness gave tribute to children, like her, who were born into and raised in the CIA mind control program called MKULTRA. Children ages 2 to 10 “were put to death,” she said, “due to the severity of injuries sustained during the course of human medical experiments.”

MKULTRA began with the creation of the CIA in 1954. The program was funded by US tax dollars for the purpose of developing “Super Spies” and assassins. The Nov. 13 2010 New York Times reported that after World War II Dr. Josef Mengele was among the Nazis given a safe haven in the US through the CIA-sponsored Project Paperclip. In both Canada and the US several survivors of the CIA mind control program identified Mengele as their torturer. He was known by them as a Dr. Green or Greenbaum.

Christine Nicola testified about Dr. Green in the 1995 Congressional Hearings on human radiation experiments. In this video the mind control survivor said that beginning at the tender age of four she was terrorized by CIA operatives under the direction of Dr. Green. They were “training” her to be a spy and an assassin by subjecting the child to radiation, drugs, electroshock, sexual abuse and mind-control experiments. Dr. Green was able to split her young mind into multiple personalities.

Dr. Green evidently tortured another witness of the 1995 hearings. Claudia Mullen stated in this video that she discovered documents where the US government gave Dr. Green 50 million dollars to run the program with the CIA Science Division, CIA Office of Research Development. Mullen said that from age seven and near Dr. Green’s office she was given electro shock, radiation, drugs, isolated in a tub of water, sexually abused, endured sleep deprivation, burns and all kinds of emotional and physical abuse. She claimed these atrocities were also performed on countless other children.

Jenny Hill of Garden Grove California also claimed to be a victim of Dr. Green’s CIA mind control. The US Congress claimed they closed MKULTRA program in 1964. Yet, Hill’s torture-programming by Dr. Green began a year later in 1965.

Mind Control Survivors Claudia Mullen, Christine deNicola and Therapist Valerie Wolf ended their testimony at the 1995 Congressional hearings by pleading for an investigation, believing that the CIA experiments on children were still going on. Mullen said, “Please help us by preventing these heinous acts in the future.”

Despite the riveting testimonies, Congress voted not to release the information. No further investigation has been done. Because Satanic Ritual Abuse survivors of the CIA program believed countless children were still being tortured, they began petitioning Congress for another investigation of the CIA mind control program. Congress claimed they shut down the CIA MKULTRA mind control program in 1964. As with Jenny Hill, comments in the petition indicated that the CIA program was not only still active, but global in nature.

A woman from California said, “I’m a survivor of tax-funded torture, enslavement, human trafficking and mind control that includes sexual abuse. Two members of my immediate family are also, including one who is still a minor,” while an Australian claimed, “I’m a CIA mind control survivor who was abused in Australia and South East Asia.” Another survivor from Nebraska wrote,” I have been a human subject to a military electronic experiment funded by our government since I was toddler.”

You will receive a substantial amount of money if you are a citizen of this nation. He wasn’t merely discussing the same old, dull tariff policy. This was a soft disclosure, a coded announcement.

Let’s unravel the layers:

  • LAYER 1: Tariffs Fund the Republic, Not the Corporation: Tariffs, not income taxes, were used to finance the federal government in the original Republic (prior to 1871). Trump’s tariffs signify a return to Constitutional commerce and a reversal. His statement that “you’re getting a lot of money” is a clue that the central bank and other foreign actors are no longer stealing this incoming revenue. Rather…It is returning to the Republic’s treasury, which in turn is returning to the people.
  • LAYER 2: THIS IS DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO NESARA: The National Economic Security and Reformation Act, or NESARA, requires the following: • Forgiveness of debt; • Dismantling of the Fed and IRS • Redistribution of wealth (recovery of stolen assets); • Restoration of sovereignty; • Return to Constitutional law; • Treasury-backed currency.
  • One of the main NESARA pillars is the flow of tariffs into the U.S. Treasury rather than the corporate cabal system. Trump is aware of it. Apparently the TRB so-called “Trump Gold Products” Scam is still alive and well on the Internet. Initially I received well over 400 email complaints on the matter before I had to cut them off. Recently I checked into it again. Now they are promising that you can still cash in your TRB products by setting up a Quantum Account with them (where they will claim you have over 40 million $ in your account). Only after you have given them your personal information, plus paid them thousands of dollars more – they will then promise to release the monies to you – which they never do. At least, no one has proven to me that they have ever received monies from investing in TRB products.

I understand there are several investigations open with local police and the FBI on this very sophisticated TRB Products Scam. Unknown persons using my legal name of Judy Byington were inviting people to sign up for the Quantum Financial System Accounts and Med Bed treatments, plus asking for monies to do so. I know nothing of this and it appeared to be a scam. If someone contacted you or wrote on Telegram saying they were Judy Byington, know that it was not me. Do not give them personal information, nor monies.
