America's Beguiling Big Beautiful Bill

Let’s take a quick glance at the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, shall we?

Officially designated as H.R. 1 in the 119th Congress (2025–2026), introduced by Rep. Jodey C. Arrington (R‑TX), the One Big Beautiful Bill Act passed the House on May 22,  2025, with a narrow vote of 215–214.

It’s a 1,000-page bill.

Here is the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) Comprehensive Summary & Honest Impact Assessment.

What’s really happening in Washington D.C. is frightening. Corporate Artificial Intelligence-related lobbyists have been swarming the halls of Congress.

One huge red flag that keeps us up at night is the mighty AI, the technology to control Americans, and digital surveillance. Tyranny under Artificial Intelligence (AI) is about to happen soon. What is also concerning to Secure Arkansas is the timing for the “Big Beautiful Bill”, where our arrogant Congress has allowed way too much pork that ends up hurting Americans.

Sadly, there’s enough poison in the big bill to pull it down. This bill certainly lacks transparency AND it is too big!

The so-called One Big Beautiful Bill has some good things:

1) Extend the 2017 personal tax cuts, and

2) Increase border and immigration enforcement.

HOWEVER, concerning ArtificiaI Intelligence (AI) and the malevolent surveillance state, there will be massive federal investments in AI standards and research. Also, we see on pages 278 -279, AI will be federally regulated for ten years straight without obstruction or regulation from ANY state.

So, if passed, this would effectively strip states of their ability to regulate AI, overriding existing state laws and pending regulations. Yikes! State-level power removal! We will be left with no line of defense.

This bill is excessively binding and reaches too far into the future where AI can continue to GROW unabated for ten long years. No state will be able to touch it!

But thankfully, no state has yet enacted regulations as comprehensive as the all-encompassing EU’s AI Act. The European Union’s Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) is the first nasty comprehensive regulatory framework for artificial intelligence globally. It seems non-EU AI providers serving EU citizens must comply, including our U.S. businesses, and the majority of its provisions becomes enforceable on Aug. 2, 2026!

Hopefully, our U.S. Congress will not pass a hostile, legally-binding national framework, but if this goes through, our federal government is about to become a nightmare!

But let’s continue to observe what is actually happening in the halls of Congress.

OpenSecrets revealed that there were 648 companies engaged in AI lobbying in 2024 alone.

Corporate Lobbyists From Every Industry Swarm Washington to Influence AI Regulations

Public Citizen searched through five years of lobbying disclosures (2019 through 2023) to compile a dataset of clients and lobbyists that lobbied explicitly on AI and other AI-related issues. Notable findings include:

• Corporations, trade groups, and other organizations sent more than 3,400 lobbyists to lobby the federal government on AI-related issues in 2023, a 120 percent leap from 2022.

• 80 percent of all AI-related lobbyists deployed came from industries outside of tech, including financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, transportation, and defense.

• 1,100 lobbyists were sent to lobby the White House in 2023, nearly twice as many as devoted to any federal agency. The number of lobbyists hired to lobby the White House on AI-related issues grew from 323 in the first quarter to 921 by the fourth quarter — a 188 percent increase within a single year.

• 85 percent of the lobbyists hired in 2023 to lobby on AI-related issues were hired by corporations or corporate-aligned trade groups.

“AI companies, defense contractors, autonomous vehicle manufacturers, and others stand to make billions if A.I. policy is crafted more in their interest than in the public’s,” said Mike Tanglis, research director for Public Citizen’s Congress Watch division. “They appear to be dominating the AI focused conversations on Capitol Hill. It’s never a good idea to put the fox in charge of designing henhouse security.”

And this, from Politico – June 6, 2025:  The AI lobby plants its flag in Washington

A new wave of AI companies is lobbying up in Washington, and already getting much of what it wants.

Here are a few snippets:

Critics, however, worry that the AI conversation in Washington has become an overly tight loop between companies and their GOP supporters — muting important concerns about the growth of a powerful but hard-to-control technology.

“There’s been a huge pivot for [AI companies] as the money has gotten closer,” Gary Marcus, an AI and cognitive science expert, said of the leading AI firms. “The Trump administration is too chummy with the big tech companies, and basically ignoring what the American people want, which is protection from the many risks of AI.”

Summarizing this dark part, Section 43201 of the One Big Beautiful Bill that’s imposed under Federal Law:

• this manipulative bill prohibits ANY state or local government from passing laws or regulations around AI,

• including facial recognition (We are sure they are salivating to get to use and release something like Palantir on all of us since these riots have started, and elsewhere! Could they be thinking that if the riots spread across the country, maybe we will finally welcome Palantir…? Remember, Palantir made a deal with Europe before they came here.)

• authoritative automated decision systems, and

• generative AI… for a full decade, leaving states powerless, but there is no regulation on the Federal Government!

Palantir is a major contractor to the U.S. government, particularly in defense and intelligence, and their government contracts give them access to policy discussions. Two diabolical companies, Vanguard and BlackRock (Larry Fink) are large institutional investors that hold shares in companies like Palantir, and we know that corporations frequently lobby Congress on regulations affecting their industries, especially AI. We see that institutional investors “own” big stakes in the big tech industry.

We should be cautious in letting them dictate what ALL states can or cannot do for TEN YEARS!! (2024-11-08  BlackRock, Inc. has filed an SC 13G/A form with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) disclosing ownership of 158,217,849 shares of Palantir Technologies Inc. (US:PLTR). BlackRock’s massive role in fixed-income markets and Treasury holdings should definitely get our attention.)

Regrettably, the Trump administration has collaborated with Palantir to create a national digital database on every single American, and they appear to be furthering the implementation of the control grid.

Big tech firms want to avoid regulation and gain access to preferential electricity rates. They also want public utility commission exemptions and use of taxpayer-funded grid upgrades! So, corporate lobbyists are writing rules on AI to concentrate corporate power and wealth.

So, under the current AI moratorium, states may be barred from regulating energy use of AI systems, and if a state wanted to ban new data centers because they are worried about an overload on a rural substation, the ten-year moratorium may prevent it.

Side note: Speaking of rural substations, here in Arkansas, many Communist Chinese are still hooked up to rural substations running their demanding Bitcoin facilities (falsely deemed “data centers”) and draining our electrical grid and water supply. Who knows what else has been installed there from the CCP…? We have turned a blind eye to the CCP activity here in our state.

Each state needs to start looking out for their own electrical grid because there’s going to be a fast-growing data center demand and drain.

Several states gave Amazon or Microsoft AI data centers tax breaks and public funds to build high-voltage lines:  those states were PA, NC, OH, IN, OR, and WA.  

AP News wrote: 

the things that tech companies and data center developers seem to most want: large tracts of land, tax breaks and huge volumes of electricity and water. 

Big tech wants to fully run the show! OpenAI, along with Meta, Google, IBM, and Andreessen Horowitz, actively lobbied for a unified federal AI framework and against state-level rules they viewed as burdensome!

So, Big Tech and Silicon Valley venture capitalists (OpenAI, Meta, Google, IBM, a16z) pushed hardest for federal pre-emption, using heavy lobbying and trade associations.

• Also, U.S. Chamber; ~$19 million in Q1 2023 — funded task forces on AI and financial tech AND

• BSA (The Software Alliance) was involved in drafting and influencing AI state-level bills

 An early Executive Order 14179 that was given in January 2025 that is very troubling is Removing Barriers to American Leadership in Artificial Intelligence.

• it mandated an AI Action Plan that was to be submitted within 180 days, led by the White House science, tech, national security, and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) teams.

• appointed a Special Advisor David Sacks for AI and Crypto to develop the Action Plan by mid-July 2025. Here is the White House pdf Action Plan from the AI Czar, David Sacks.

• therefore, it expanded the government’s use of artificial intelligence; and

• aims to accelerate AI capabilities in federal agencies.

The federal defenders of this AI ten-year takeover say they need uniformity across states and that they must remove regulatory barriers for national AI innovation. So, all barriers removed! Yes, to them, it’s justified because America has to stay on top of this AI game, and this global system of control must move forward in their eyes, at all costs!

Here’s a recent breakdown of federal lobbying expenditures related to AI regulation and the state-level moratorium according to Axios:

Meta: ~$8 million

Amazon: ~$4.3 million

Google: ~$3 million

ByteDance: ~$2.8 million

Apple: ~$2.5 million

Microsoft: ~$2.4 million

A must-read for a better understanding! Here’s what the General Catalyst Institute (GCI) wrote about the AI Action Plan.

An excerpt from GCI:
 

Examples of applied AI include:

1. Healthcare: AI can be used to analyze medical data,help with diagnostic tools, predict disease outbreaks, and personalize treatment plans.

2. Finance: AI is applied in fraud detection, algorithmic trading, customer service through chatbots, and risk assessment.

3. Manufacturing: AI can enhance predictive maintenance, process automation, and quality control.

4. DefenseTech: AI can process data from cameras, radar, and sensors to detect and track targets — whether they are moving vehicles, personnel, or other objects. The AI system can make quick decisions about whether a target poses a risk, assisting operators in making informed decisions during combat or military operations.

5. Cybersecurity: AI also plays a key role in cybersecurity. It has immense power to identify and mitigate potential cyber threats faster than existing methods. Applied AI technologies, like machine learning and predictive analytics, are used to detect patterns of cyberattacks, offering proactive defense against sophisticated threats.

However, The Wall Street Journal wrote about this AI issue, saying that hundreds of lawmakers from all 50 states voice opposition to GOP-led efforts to bar state AI regulations.   Looks like when AI gets fully set in place, there goes our constitutional protections, dear readers.

Do you want AI to be YOUR judge and jury? It will be rule by algorithms, and algorithmic decisions will bring about a police state and affect many other things, too.

Moreover, this big beautiful bill RAISES the debt limit, with massive spending and long-term obligations. So, this big bill could add $3–5 trillion to federal debt over the next decade! No, thank you …

Other Red Flags in this Big Beautiful soiled Bill that we do NOT want:

• Green energy — Solar test bed projects in low-sunlight areas; $1.5–3 M each

  $1.5 million for a “solar field” in Toledo, OH, and $1.9 million for a solar test bed in West Virginia, plus $3 million for “floating solar” near Albany—projects in areas with minimal sunlight, making them highly inefficient uses of funds

• University equity — Climate diversity programs, activist funding; ~$500k–475k

  $475,000 for the RAISE Institute at Ohio State University, which promotes activist professors and $500,000 to Worcester State (MA) for a “diversity in STEM” initiative on climate.

  These excessive grants are leaning heavily toward identity and diversity priorities with limited ties to core federal functions.

• Cultural/social — Museums and LGBTQ community centers; $3–5 M

  So… social justice and LGBTQ grants in New York! Here’s race, equity, and identity politics coming into play!

• Miscellaneous — Eco-village funding; $3 M for “eco-village” in Baltimore, despite its limited environmental benefit.

A note to our U.S. Senate,

Please downsize this monstrous bill and make it look like Cinderella and not like Porky the Pig. Cut out the pork, or this gluttonous bill will need a knife to its throat. Wisdom without obedience to God will always lead to collapse.

Let’s be clear: if you cannot cut the bill, then just KILL THE BILL.  

If this bill goes through “as is,” America will be doomed, and AI will be loosed with no real restraints because this ties the hands of every state. So, states will have to stand by and watch while this powerful entity takes control of the way Americans will be governed.  

In closing, the world’s population is falling into a digital quagmire, and mitigating the risks has only just begun! Biometric tracking and digital identification systems MUST NOT be placed upon humanity to plague us all, as this foreshadows a global control system. The World Economic Forum (WEF) and the Rothschild Empire influence is herding us into a one-world government. “Financial interests” are contributing to totalitarianism/ communism, but we must remember that whoever loves money never has enough! So don’t let this evil agenda move forward.

We are preparing to show you how the dreaded AI systems, surveillance, and infrastructure that is relevant to biometric or digital identity systems could come together sooner than we think.

What happens with this gigantic and horrendous “Big Beautiful Bill” is now up to the Senate. It could change our lives and freedoms as we know them, quickly.

If this forceful bill is passed in the Senate, there’s no going back! AI’s tyrannical power will certainly be released, and states will be helpless. Remember, the targeted public launch of AI is July 4th.
