When the plan says it wants to “increase Americans’ faith in government”—that’s not counterterrorism. That’s conditioning.

When it says it will fight “disinformation” by working with tech companies? That’s centralized censorship.

And when it encourages snooping on your bank account, your social media, your browser history, and your private conversations—guess what?
You’re not a citizen anymore. You’re a suspect.

And the best part?

This whole thing was meant to stay classified.

Yeah. The public wasn’t supposed to know. The government was building a surveillance-and-silencing machine under the guise of “protection”—but Tulsi Gabbard kicked down the door and dumped the blueprints on the table.
