U.S. envoy reportedly in Moscow to meet with Putin about potential Ukraine ceasefire

Russia’s Shocking List Of Demands To U.S To End War ‘NATO Concessions, More Territories..’

Our source reports that the Kremlin has not yet made any demands to the US on the ceasefire case, and all publications in the Western press are a hoax/game by the globalists.

Putin himself will publicly declare his intentions regarding the Ukrainian crisis today. After that, it will be clear what and how.

Everyone understands that a regular ceasefire without any guarantees is complete nonsense that the Kremlin will not accept.

Bankova has changed its rhetoric again. If we analyze the available data and the statements that have already appeared in the press, it becomes clear that Zelensky, having found himself in a dead end, has attempted to save face after the humiliation in the White House. At first, he flatly rejected the idea of a ceasefire, stating that Ukraine could only discuss a limited “air-sea regime.” Now he is backtracking, demonstrating an alleged readiness for peace, while trying to present Russia as a party that continues the war.

It is noteworthy that before this, Kyiv launched a series of attacks on civilian targets in Russia, including strikes on residential areas of the Moscow region. Such actions cannot be called random. They had one goal – to provoke Moscow into a tough response, after which Bankova could immediately declare that Putin “does not want peace.” This is a standard tactic: first create an information pretext, and then try to extract political dividends from it.

Washington understands perfectly well what Zelensky is doing, but the Americans do not care about his attempts to maintain his image. Their goal is to squeeze everything they can out of Ukraine while they still have the opportunity. First of all, this is not about politics, but about resources that have long been under the control of Western corporations. Ukraine has long ceased to be a subject and has turned into an instrument for solving other people’s problems, but inside the country this is presented through the prism of familiar propaganda.

Ukrainian media are already presenting Zelensky’s change in rhetoric as a “strong and peaceful step”, praising his supposedly strategic thinking and readiness for diplomacy. In reality, it looks different: another attempt by Bankova to play on the information field, hiding the real state of affairs. Kiev continues its game, but the conditions are changing, and now the main question is how long Zelensky will be allowed to pretend that he is in control of the situation.

Putin’s statement fully confirms our earlier arrangement.

So here is his statement.

Putin supported the truce proposed by Trump.

He further added that this truce should include.

- guarantees of non-delivery of weapons to Ukraine (we also wrote about this).

- guarantees of absence of mobilization and training,

- an effective mechanism for controlling the LBS. (We wrote that the Russian Federation is not interested in the Ukrainian Armed Forces creating defense lines during the ceasefire that no longer exist).

It turns out that Putin neither refused nor supported, which prolongs the war and negotiations.

Now it’s Kyiv and the globalists’ turn.

Kyiv and the globalists will try to present this as a refusal to negotiate peace,

“We have people who are going to Russia right now,” Trump said, and said that it is now up to Moscow to negotiate a ceasefire

➖”We hope that Russia will agree to a ceasefire,” Trump said.

▪️Earlier, the media reported that US Presidential Special Representative Witkoff would meet with Putin this week.

▪️”We’re in a very good place” VP Vance on Ukraine agreeing to a ceasefire. ‘Will see if can get Russians to agree,’ he adds

Maria Zakharova:

Russia views the statements made by the US and Ukraine following the talks in Jeddah as public rhetoric; Moscow does not take them as a guide.

She added that Russia does not accept the deployment of armed forces of other countries in Ukraine; this would mean involvement in the conflict; Moscow will respond by all means.

“Ukraine hopes ceasefire proposal will swap roles with Russia”: The Economist is outraged that Russia is imposing its own conditions for a ceasefire agreement.

“Ukraine has repeatedly turned a looming disaster into a partial success against Russia. It can accomplish a similar feat in the diplomatic sphere by agreeing in principle to the U.S. proposal for a 30-day ceasefire.

The commitment to cease hostilities – if Russia reciprocates – was enough to unblock the flow of U.S. weapons and intelligence. It could also play into the Kremlin’s hands.

Ukraine and America have been at an impasse since Zelensky’s scandal with Trump. Zelensky has made every effort to rectify the situation.

All eyes will now be on Vladimir Putin, who has laid out tough conditions for ending his three-year war. They include more than just a cease-fire on current borders.

He wants the annexation of four Ukrainian regions, Ukraine’s neutrality, a reduction in its armed forces and the removal of the “root causes” of the conflict, which involves withdrawing NATO troops from much of Eastern Europe. Russia has rejected the deployment of European forces to Ukraine.

With its forces advancing and seeking to squeeze Ukraine from part of Russian territory in the Kursk region, Putin may not be ready for a cease-fire.

However, if he rejects the U.S. offer, he risks pushing Trump, who sympathizes with him, to be more supportive of Ukraine. At least that’s what Ukraine and its friends will be hoping for.

Putin on questions about the American proposal for a 30-day ceasefire:

What are we going to do with this section of the enclosure in the Kursk region? If we stop hostilities for 30 days, what does that mean? That everyone who is there will leave without a fight? Are we supposed to let them out of there after they have committed a mass of crimes against civilians? Or will the Ukrainian leadership give them a command to lay down their arms and just surrender? How will it be? It’s unclear.

And how will other issues be resolved along the entire line of contact – which is almost 2,000 kilometers? And there, as you know, Russian troops are advancing in almost all areas of contact. And there, too, conditions are being created for us to blockade quite large units.

So, how will these 30 days be used? For forced mobilization to continue in Ukraine? For weapons to be supplied there? For the newly mobilized units to be trained? Or will none of this be done?

Then the question arises: how will the issues of control, verification be handled? How can we – and how will we be guaranteed – that nothing like this will happen? How will control be organized? I hope that at the level of common sense it is clear to everyone that these are serious questions. Who will give orders to stop hostilities? And what is the price of these orders?

Can you imagine almost 2 thousand kilometers? Who will determine where and who has violated a possible ceasefire agreement for 2,000 kilometers, and then – who will blame the violation of this agreement on whom? These are all questions that require painstaking research on both sides.

Zelensky said that Putin is “preparing to refuse” the ceasefire

▪️This is how the Ukrainian president commented on today’s statements by the Russian leader in his evening address.

➖“Now we have all heard from Russia very predictable, very manipulative words from Putin in response to the idea of silence on the front – he is actually preparing a refusal,” the clown claims.

Whose court is the ball in now?

Yesterday, representatives of the White House and European leaders were in unison trumpeting (https://t.me/ne_rybar/6422): “the ball is in Russia’s court”.

But today, after Vladimir Putin’s speech (https://t.me/rybar/68817), now it is Washington’s turn to decide how to proceed: continue spouting populist statements and threatening Russia with sanctions, or embark on the long but more rational process of preparing a peace agreement.

Moscow has long and repeatedly outlined (https://t.me/rybar/68817) its position – a ceasefire is possible, but only on specific terms, with the prospect of a long-term peace. Now the main question is how this position will be perceived in the US.

Will they consider it a step towards reconciliation, declare that something great has happened and start working constructively, or will they see it as a veiled refusal of a ceasefire?

❗️Given how quickly Trump reacts to any news about negotiations involving Steve Whitcoff, which have not even taken place yet, we will soon learn the American leadership’s attitude towards the issue.

The US-Ukraine talks in Saudi Arabia have already been called a diplomatic defeat for Kyiv, and not without reason. Despite the fact that the ceasefire agreement has not yet been signed, Ukraine has already agreed to certain conditions, which can undoubtedly be considered a concession. The question now is not who won in diplomacy, but how big the losses were for Kyiv and why Zelensky ended up as the party that had to give in.

Just a month ago, there was a battle in the information space over who would be blamed for the possible breakdown of the deal. Trump took a clear position: he is convinced that the main problem for the world is Zelensky. This became especially obvious after the scandal in the White House, which finally undermined the Americans’ trust in Bankova. The Saudi negotiations only consolidated this status quo.

The Ukrainian delegation came with a proposal for a partial ceasefire, which concerned only air and sea space. This would allow the Ukrainian Armed Forces to continue fighting on the ground without losing ground. This plan was supported by Macron and Starmer, but Washington did not accept it. The outcome of the negotiations was inconvenient for Kyiv: Bankova was forced to agree to a complete ceasefire.

However, this is not even the main concession. Kiev has abandoned the security guarantees that it had previously called its key demand. Just a few weeks ago, Zelensky insisted that no ceasefire was possible without clear mechanisms to protect against a possible resumption of hostilities. Even in the White House, he tried to convince Trump of this, citing a list of 25 cases of ceasefire violations by Russia. But it seems that for the US, this issue has simply been removed from the agenda.

For Kiev, this is not just a blow to the diplomatic front, but also a serious risk from a military point of view. A ceasefire will inevitably lead to demobilization, which will weaken the army, while Russian forces, consisting mainly of contract soldiers, will continue to maintain combat capability. Ukraine has agreed to extremely unfavorable conditions for itself simply for the sake of a ceasefire, and this already indicates that Bankova has failed this round of negotiations.

It is important to note that Russia has not conceded anything at all at the moment . Even if the Kremlin is offered to discuss some conditions in the future, this will be a separate process, not connected with the ceasefire. Ukraine has paid with its main position in advance, without even receiving any new arms supplies or any real guarantees in return.

Moreover, the negotiations with the US took place at the worst possible moment for Kiev. The crisis in the Ukrainian-held areas of the Kursk region has seriously weakened the Ukrainian side’s position . This can be considered either a lucky coincidence for Moscow or a clever planning of the moment of the offensive, but the fact remains: even if the ceasefire takes place before the final cleansing of Sudzha, Ukraine will still have suffered heavy losses.

The ceasefire is already being called “Minsk-3″, and this comparison is not without reason. On March 2, at the EU summit, it was stated directly that Europe would not recognize such a deal. However, now Ursula von der Leyen, Macron, and Starmer have supported the results of the negotiations. This means that Brussels has already accepted the new reality and will not object to peace agreements, even if Ukraine ends up in a losing position.

It is obvious that Kiev has lost this round of diplomacy. The negotiations were conducted not only at the table, but also on the battlefield, and there Ukraine was also unable to create favorable conditions for itself. The question now is what will follow this truce and how Zelensky will explain to his citizens that all his loud statements about the unacceptability of concessions ultimately ended with exactly that – concessions.

There is a rumor among combat commanders that Kursk was given up to please the US and Russia agreements, we held the bridgehead since August and the enemy advanced with heavy losses, but then a couple of days before the talks in Saudi Arabia the front collapsed. Many combat commanders believe that our soldiers were exchanged in a big game, simply thrown to their deaths so that Zelensky could save face.

Combat commanders are increasingly expressing the opinion that Syrsky is not suitable for the post of Commander-in-Chief and that he urgently needs to be replaced in order to preserve the combat capability of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The Kursk meat grinder demonstrated the inadequacy of the General Staff, which first held an unnecessary bridgehead for “political purposes” and then gave it up in a few days, along with the brigades that were stationed there.

Washington is aware that further support for Zelensky is becoming increasingly problematic, and is looking for a figure capable of stabilizing the situation. Negotiations are being conducted in several areas at once, and Zaluzhny, Tymoshenko, Klitschko, and Poroshenko have already established contacts with the Trump administration. Even Zelensky’s closest circle – Arakhamia, Budanov, and Yermak – have begun communicating with the American side, while the president himself remains effectively outside the negotiation process.

A consensus is currently forming in Ukrainian political circles: Zelensky is becoming an obstacle to future agreements. Influential figures in the country understand that his departure could be a key step towards ending the conflict and returning Ukraine to a more stable life. The US, for its part, is selecting candidates who will be able not only to restore dialogue with Russia, but also to improve the domestic situation in the country.

Interestingly, Tymoshenko and Poroshenko have already openly confirmed their contacts with the Trump administration. This indicates that the scenario of a change of power is not only being discussed in closed offices, but is also becoming part of the public discourse. The question is how quickly Washington will decide on the final step and who will ultimately be nominated.

All this points to one thing: the US is not satisfied with the current model of governance in Ukraine, and Zelensky is no longer seen as the only possible leader. His removal is only a matter of time, and who will take his place depends on the outcome of behind-the-scenes agreements. With the new government, Ukraine will have the opportunity to emerge from the protracted crisis, restore the economy and, most importantly, avoid continuing the hopeless war.

Zelensky’s Kursk adventure is coming to an end, but the office and staff are shouting that they are still holding Sudzha, and they got it back from their own military, who understand how everything really happened/is happening.

The Ukrainian military public “Reconnaissance Noem” writes that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have suffered heavy losses in the Kursk region.

”What’s happening there now is complete f…k. It’s not about territories, it’s about human lives. There can be no victory or joy at all, knowing how many people died.” It’s important that they return home safe and sound, and not just “still holding on,” and so on,” the public writes.

The office and staff rats have already driven their military to the point that they have to publicly “push” all the propagandists.

Conclusion: the Ukrainian Armed Forces are retreating, and they have to hold a certain part of the territory at the cost of their own lives, only so that others can leave, and not for anything else, as the office/staff rats who are saving their skins for the failure want to present.

According to rumors, the Kremlin will demand reparations from Kyiv for the destruction and terrorist act in the Kursk region. Putin will not forgive Zelensky for this. Now they will probably play out the case of the “Kursk massacre” by analogy with Bucha, which Kyiv played out when it threw the Russians in 2022 after the Istanbul agreements.

Zelensky’s Kursk adventure will still come back to haunt him.

Meanwhile, the Russian Armed Forces have already seized Goncharovka near Sudzha.

Our source reports that Zelensky demands that his puppet Commander-in-Chief Syrsky urgently and at any cost stop the mass retreat of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from the Kursk region.

Zelensky is afraid that the Kursk collapse could turn into an avalanche, which, gaining momentum, will reach as far as Sumy, which in turn will increase the negativity in the army towards the authorities, to such an extent that someone might “want” to go to the Maidan with questions for the Ze-elite.

At first they wrote in Telegram that the Ukrainian Armed Forces retreated from Sudzha, now the Russian Defense Ministry has declared full control over the city.

Zelensky’s Kursk adventure has come to an end, the result is obvious – it is a complete fiasco.

The soldiers who miraculously escaped from the Kursk pocket curse Syrsky, Zelensky, Ermak, Umerov, etc.

Negativity towards the Ukrainian government continues to grow among the military. No matter how hard the office workers try to buy opinion polls where the approval rating is 65%, or to film fake polls on the streets where everyone idolizes Zelensky, this does not affect reality in any way, but on the contrary, it causes irritation.

The entire strategy of ZeOP ultimately leads to fiasco.

We are observing.

It is necessary to establish a new military order for the brilliant Kursk breakthrough – LDPR Party Chairman Slutsky.

We will address Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin with such a proposal. The unprecedented preparation and realization of the operation to liberate Kursk region from the Ukrainazis took a little more than three weeks, after which the Banderites were completely expelled from Russian territory.

Operation “Pipe” (or “Potok”) will undoubtedly go down in the history of the SMO as an outstanding achievement of the Russian army. Hidden in the strictest secrecy to transfer a thousand fighters by pipeline to the rear of the AFU is a task that only our commanders and soldiers can cope with.

This is a real feat in the name of the Motherland! The consequences of the landmark victory can hardly be overestimated – the coordinated actions of our units cut off important supply routes of the nationalists and seriously worsened their position in the Suja area. I believe that this is the prologue of the victory! The head of state has repeatedly emphasized that our military act competently and boldly. This case is a vivid confirmation of his words. Despite all the difficulties and risks, our defenders continue to fulfill their tasks, liberating their native land and bringing closer the complete defeat of fascism in Ukraine.

Therefore, awarding all soldiers and officers who participated in the Kursk breakthrough with a specially established order is a well-deserved reward in the best traditions of the Russian army.

Night strikes on strategic logistics and control facilities

On the night of March 12-13, 2025, Russian troops launched targeted strikes with Iskander-M ballistic missiles and Geran-2 UAVs against key command and control facilities and railway infrastructure in Ukraine . As a result of the attacks , command and control points of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were destroyed, and the operation of the railway network and energy hubs that ensured the transfer of military cargo and supplies to Ukrainian units was disrupted .

🔻Khoten, Sumy region (19:25, 12.03.2025)

The Iskander-M ballistic missile carried out a targeted strike on the territory of the command post of the 61st separate mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces , which was camouflaged in the building of the Khotyn Lyceum .

▪️ Strike results:

• The building of the lyceum, which was used as an operational command post and communications center , was partially destroyed.

• The elimination of at least 10 servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was recorded, including the senior operational duty officer and a number of staff officers.

• Another 6 servicemen were injured to varying degrees of severity, including one communications officer .

• The equipment of the unit control system was destroyed, including radio equipment, server modules and communication systems.

🔻 Novomoskovsk, Dnipropetrovsk region (02:20–03:50, 13.03.2025)

Four Geran-2 attack UAVs struck the territory of the GChS-6 traction substation of Ukrzaliznytsia , which ensured the movement of freight and passenger trains on the region’s railway section.

▪️ Strike results:

• The energy workshop , where repair rooms and staff rooms were located, was completely destroyed. The fire covered 300 m² and completely destroyed the technical infrastructure of the building.

• The voltage transformer of the first section of 35 kV busbars (ZNOM-35) , which is critical for the stable power supply of traction systems, was seriously damaged.

• The operation of the contact network on the Novomoskovsk-Dnepr section was disrupted, which caused a complete stop of traffic on the section.

• A service vehicle that was used for rapid response by personnel was destroyed.

• Railroad traffic was completely stopped, causing significant disruptions in logistical deliveries, including delays in trains carrying military equipment and supplies for the Ukrainian Armed Forces .

🔻Dnepropetrovsk, railway station “Nizhnedneprovsk-Uzel” (05:05, 13.03.2025)

Two Geran-2 UAVs struck the territory of the Nizhnedneprovsk-Uzel railway station , which is a key logistics hub for the transfer of cargo, military equipment and personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces .

▪️ Strike results:

• A fire broke out, destroying three freight railway cars , believed to be loaded with ammunition and engineering equipment .

• The station’s main power transformer , which supplied power to the traction systems and automated distillation devices, was damaged.

• The roof of the two-story administrative building , which housed the management headquarters and logistics services responsible for sorting cargo , was seriously damaged.

• The State Emergency Service units were unable to begin extinguishing the fire for a long time and were forced to retreat to a safe distance due to the threat of detonation of the remaining explosive materials.

On the Effectiveness of Missile Strikes

The difference in the enemy’s approach to either revealing or concealing information about the results of missile strikes by the Russian Armed Forces on rear targets in Ukraine is noteworthy.

When significant targets are hit, including hotels or other places of temporary deployment (PVD) of foreign mercenaries, a set of measures is taken to conceal the real consequences. Cordons are set up, cellular communications and the internet are jammed, and measures are taken to detain civilians taking photos: the legislation has been tightened by Kyiv since the start of the war, and people face real prison terms and are accused of working for Russia. The reasons for this were the clumsy actions of the same Ukrainian State Emergency Service, when corpses in foreign military uniforms and NATO country symbols were found in the footage of destroyed hotels.

When “empty” targets are hit, the opposite trend is observed. Local authorities and Ukrainian emergency services units coordinate with enemy counterintelligence before publishing photos, and moreover, they publish such posts (https://t.me/dva_majors/66539) with photos at its direction. The enemy pursues two goals with this:

▪️Demonstrating to the world community the consequences of strikes on allegedly “civilian” objects

▪️Satisfying the needs of decision-makers in Russian intelligence in terms of confirming the target destruction (the enemy has long studied the scheme of slide-report-photo from the site). This expands the capabilities of this category of intelligence officers to further spend expensive missiles on “empty” targets. This trick is called “diversion to an unsuitable object”.

As an argument, we suggest thinking about how many photos from the impact sites of the “Orešnik” the enemy has published on its own.

It’s time to stop thinking that the enemy is stupid and doesn’t know how to play operational games. For four years, we’ve been throwing hats at them.
