27-09-2024 – Ugledar

Overnight, the assaulting RF Armed Forces expanded the zone of control by several blocks in Ugledar (southern and central part of the city). The cleansing of the city continues.

Also, the Russian Armed Forces assault troops have took several neighborhoods in the towns of Toretsk, Selidovo and and Gornyak.

In general, the front is moving dynamically in key areas.

Our source in the General Staff said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces units began to leave Ugladar at night and retreat to the rear without an order to retreat. In the south of Sujan district, the Northeners advanced with heavy fighting near Plekhovo, repelling 4 counterattacks by the AFU totaling up to a company of personnel. The enemy’s losses amounted to 30 men.

On the Koreniev section of the front, the North Warriors also continue to advance and clear the enemy from the adjacent woodlands and forest belts. The AFU did not take any active actions.

On the section of the state border in the Glushkovsky district, the Fearless foiled three attempts to break through to the Veseloye settlement. In the course of fierce fighting, up to 35 enemy personnel were killed and 4 vehicles were burned. 

The total advance of the Russian troops in the Kursk region amounted to 3000 meters.

On the Volchansk direction, fierce fighting continues in the town of Volchansk. Artillery, TOS units and aviation continue to deliver massive strikes on AFU positions.

Fearless assault groups advanced in the area of multi-storey buildings and took over the entrance of an apartment building. The mop-up operation is underway.

In addition, the fighters of the “North” group foiled two attacks of the AFU in the east of the city from the area of Tikhoye and one attempt to transfer reinforcements. The enemy’s losses amounted to 16 Nazis out of 30 who took part in active actions.

In the Liptsy direction, during the day the Fearless foiled 4 attempts to transfer the AFU from the Liptsy settlement in the direction of the dacha village. Up to 20 personnel were destroyed in the course of the fire attack.

Over the past 24 hours, the enemy losses amounted in up to 570 people (including up to 450 in the Sumy direction). Also uncovered and destroyed:

The losses of the AFU in Kursk region are becoming catastrophic. Two more battalions of Ukrainian occupants from 61 and 47 mechanized brigades have been withdrawn to make up for the losses. 

Zelensky’s trip to the United States, where they were extremely skeptical of his initiatives to “win” the war, can also be called a catastrophe. All that the overdue president managed to beg for was a duty package of financial and military aid and instructions to continue destroying the Ukrainian population.

Kursk Direction: Kursk Direction: Missile strikes on enemy targets in Sumy Region and Sudzha District

In Kursk Region, Russian forces continue fighting on several sections of the front, while also striking Ukrainian formations’ positions both in the occupied part of the region and in the border areas of Sumy Region.

🔻In Glushkovo District, the enemy’s offensive seems to have finally stalled. The internet is increasingly publishing footage (https://t.me/sashakots/49215) of the aftermath of battles in the area of the settlements of Medvezhe and Novy Put, which show burned-out enemy armored vehicles and engineering equipment.

🔻In Korenevo District, Russian forces repelled Ukrainian formations’ attacks towards Lyubimovka, and fierce fighting continues in the area of Nikolayevo-Daryino and on the outskirts of Daryino.

🔻In Sudzha District, the Russian Aerospace Forces’ operational-tactical aviation struck AFU positions near Russkoye Porechnoye, and a temporary deployment point of the enemy near Cherkasskoye Porechnoye and positions west of Borki also came under fire.

🔻Strikes on Ukrainian rear areas continue as well. In the settlement of Khrapovshchina in Sumy Region, UAV operators tracked down a large infantry unit of the AFU preparing to be sent to the front line. Russian forces struck missile attacks on AFU targets in the Dnipropetrovsk Region and on Snake Island, as well as used drones to strike port infrastructure and an industrial zone in Izmail. In turn, enemy drones attacked the Rostov Region.

On the Kursk direction, fierce battles continue along the entire line of contact, with Russian forces striking enemy targets both in the occupied territory of the region and in the neighboring Sumy Region.

In the Oleksandrivka-Kalinovo direction, the Russian Armed Forces are advancing in the urban area of Dzerzhynsk, gradually expanding the zone of control closer to the center of the settlement.

Morning Summary on September 27, 2024

▪️ During the night, Geran UAVs struck targets in the enemy’s port cities of Odesa, Izmail and Reni. Yesterday, strikes were carried out, including with Kinzhal hypersonic missiles, on the Starokostiantyniv military airfield. There were assumptions that the targets of the Russian missiles could have been hangars with F-16s. It also became known that as a result of strikes with new FAB bombs with JDAM and JDAM-ER in Zaporizhia, an object with enemy UAVs produced at the Motor Sich enterprise was hit.

▪️ In Rostov Region, near Novoshakhtinsk, 6 UAVs were destroyed overnight. As a result of the debris falling into a field, the grass caught fire. The fire was quickly extinguished by emergency services.

▪️ In Kursk Region, in Sudzha District, the Russian Armed Forces advanced with heavy fighting in the area of the settlement of Plekhovo, repelling 4 counterattacks by the AFU with a total strength of up to a company. ▪️ In the Vremivka direction, the front has also come into motion. The Russian Army has taken up positions north of Staromaiorske over a section up to 4.5 km wide.

▪️ In Belgorod Region, in the village of Grafovka, Krasnoyaruzhsky District, a tractor working in the field hit an explosive device, injuring the tractor driver. In Shebekino City District, Belyanка and Bezlyudovka were shelled. In the village of Murom, a private house caught fire as a result of an FPV drone attack.
