OVER a corporation he bankrupted and dissolved.
Once he bankrupted the corporation, it has no power, even his office would be dissolved.
A dissolved corporation doesn’t exist. Maybe he dissolved the executive office of President but not the legislative office corporations and judicial office corporations.
A state of emergency of a bankrupt corporation is no longer in effect because the corporation has no laws or executive orders.
No one said he recreated or reinstalled/reinstated the previous government. (I doubt one man can recreate what many Men created before unless he’s the God creator and we have no signs of that being fact.)
He can’t be commander in Chief or a war President and still under the jurisdiction of the federal unless it’s the original Article III court.
Maybe by leaving the country with no government, the United Nations is in control and adjudicating him.
