✔️ We withdrew our forces from Avdeevka because the enemy had a significant advantage in the forces and means of the assault units. We are very grateful to our Western allies, NATO countries, the European Union and other partners for their support. Without such support, without the supply of weapons, ammunition, air defense and heavy equipment, it would have been much more difficult for us to fight an insidious and powerful enemy.
We would be even more grateful if this assistance were delivered more quickly and in sufficient quantities.
✔️ We were not able to achieve greater success during the Kharkov offensive because we lacked resources. The latest case in point is Avdeevka. We would have undoubtedly maintained these positions if we had sufficient supplies.
✔️ If the West, as it claims, supplies Ukraine with everything its Armed Forces need, this will make it possible to push back the enemy, no matter how many people Russia mobilizes, and finally end this war with a victory over the enemy.

 

The interview with Commander-in-Chief Syrsky is an attempt to tell a fairy tale in a very bad situation. And pump yourself up, but as usual it turned out badly.

The Western press continues to escalate that Ukraine will lose the entire Donetsk region and other regions this year.

This option is possible if the West continues to cut aid to Kyiv.

But the American television channel CNN even reports that Russia will produce a colossal volume of three million shells in 2024.

At the same time, Western assistance to Ukraine is drying up – in any case, the United States and Europe can send no more than 1.2 million shells to Kyiv annually.

And the cumulative effect of the current situation is making itself felt in Ukraine and, more importantly, in the Armed Forces of Ukraine – now in the army the motivation and ability to respond to shelling with shelling has significantly decreased. That is why (judging by the actions of the Ukrainian authorities) Kyiv is relying on terrorism, with all the ensuing consequences.

Russian troops, following the liberation (https://t.me/rybar/58365) of Tonenkoye and the clearance of the surrounding area, have severed the “wedge” at the Vodyane-Tonenkoye line.

Footage released by the enemy on the Internet indicates that several forest belts to the northwest of Tonenky are now under control.

Donetsk Direction: Advance of the Russian Armed Forces in the Center of Georgievka
Situation as of :00, March 29, 2024.

Russian units are advancing in Georgievka along Lenin and Gagarin streets towards the western outskirts of the village.

▪️ Based on the latest information, the school and kindergarten buildings, where Ukrainian forces had positions for several weeks, are now fully under the control of the Russian Armed Forces.

▪️ The enemy has retreated to the territory of the former agricultural enterprise “Selkhozkhimiya”, where a few buildings suitable for defense remain. The AFU has constructed a network of trenches on the western outskirts for troop movement.

▪️ North of the settlement, the enemy still controls the Krasnogorovsky reserve, while to the south, Russian Armed Forces units are consolidating in the forested area.

Advancing further west without reinforcing the northern flank and securing the dominant heights is challenging. Therefore, it is reasonable to anticipate Russian Armed Forces’ attempts to launch attacks in this specific area.

Special Military Operation Chronicles for March 29, 2024

Russian troops once again initiated a series of attacks on rear areas within the territory controlled by the Kyiv regime. The focus was on energy infrastructure facilities, particularly targeting the Kremenchug Hydroelectric Station in Poltava Oblast. Explosions also took place at similar facilities in other regions.

Simultaneously, Ukrainian forces continued shelling border regions, including settlements in Belgorod Oblast. In Belgorod, a drone struck a residential building, resulting in the death of one civilian.

In Bakhmut sector, the enemy launched unsuccessful counterattacks towards Ivanovsky (Krasny), while Aerospace Forces aircraft conducted multiple strikes on targets in the vicinity of Chasov Yar and Konstantinovka.

In Avdeevka sector, the Russian Armed Forces successfully adjusted the front line configuration east of the Tonenke – Vodyane line. The offensive is ongoing towards Umansky. The deployment of Russian robotic platforms armed with weapons was also observed in the area.

In Donetsk sector, assault groups of the Russian Armed Forces entrenched themselves in the center of Georgievka, while the opposing forces retreated to prepared positions on the premises of the Selkhozkhimiya enterprise.

Russian Defence Ministry Report on the Progress of the Special Military Operation (29 March 2024)⚡️

▫️Last night, the RF Armed Forces launched a high-precision strike using a long-range air-, sea-, and ground-based (incl. Kinzhal air-launched ballistic missiles along with UAVs) against AFU power and air defence facilities.

The goal of the strike was achieved. All targets have been engaged.

▫️In Kupyansk direction, the Zapad Grouping repelled 4 assault group attacks of the 95th Air Assault and 123rd Territorial Defence Brigades near Terny (DPR).

The AFU lost up to 30 troops, 2 MVs, 1 Polish Krab, 1 Akatsiya, 1 Giatsint-S, 1 Gvozdika SAUs, and 1 D-20 howitzer.

▫️In Donetsk direction, the Yug Grouping inflicted losses on troops and hardware of the 28th, 54th, 93rd Mechanised, 81st Airmobile, 79th, 80th Air Assault, and  5th Assault Brigades close to Belogorovka (LPR), Andreyevka, Antonovka, Kurdyumovka, Krasnogorovka, Nikolayevka, and Chasov Yar (DPR), and took more advantageous lines.

The enemy lost more than 300 troops, 1 tank, 5 AFVs (incl. 1 US M113 APC), and 3 MVs.

Counterbattery warfare neutralised 2 D-20, 1 D-30, 1 UK L-119 howitzers, 1 Nota EW station, and 3 field ammo depots.

▫️In Avdeyevka direction, the Tsentr Grouping defeated the enemy formations and repulsed 8 assault group counterattacks of the 25th Airborne, 24th, 47th and 59th Mechanised Brigades near #Pervomayskoye, Novogorodskoye, Tonenkoye, and Berdychi (DPR), and improved the situation along the frontline.

The AFU lost more than 305 troops, 3 AFVs, and 4 MVs.

Counterbattery warfare neutralised 1 German PzH 2000 SAU, 2 D-30 howitzers, and 1 Bukovel-AD EW station.

▫️In South Donetsk direction, the Vostok Grouping repulsed 1 assault squad counterattack of the 127th Territorial Defence Brigade near Priyutnoye, and inflicted fire damage on troops and hardware of the 58th Motorised Infantry, 102nd and 128th Territorial Defence Brigades near Malinovka (Zaporozhye reg), Makarovka and Urozhaynoye (DPR), and improved the tactical situation.

The enemy lost up to 90 troops, 2 MVs, and 1 Nota EW station.

▫️In Kherson direction, the Dnepr Grouping inflicted fire damage on the 65th, 118th Mechanised, 35th Marine, and 121st Territorial Defence Brigades near Rabotino (Zaporozhye reg), Zolotaya Balka and Ivanovka (Kherson reg).

The AFU lost up to 70 troops, 2 tanks, 2 IFVs, and 2 pickups.

Counterbattery warfare hit 1 Gvozdika SAU and 1 D-20 howitzer.

▫️The Russian Grouping’s Operational-Tactical Aviation, UAVs, Missile Troops, and Artillery eliminated 1 S-300 SAM radar, and troops and hardware in 131 areas.

Air defences shot down 175 UAVs, 21 HIMARS and Vampire MLRS shells.

📊 In total, 577 aircraft, 270 helicopters, 17,658 UAVs, 489 SAM, 15,642 tanks and other AFV, 1,256  MLRS vehicles, 8,573 guns and mortars, and 20,343 special military vehicles have been destroyed during the SMO.
