Buttigieg lands in Ukraine making sure the next bundle of money gets 10 for the big guy and Black Rock starts the reconstruction.  Why should Zelensky have all the fun? Mitch McConnell pitches in…. Senate Democrats Block GOP Bill To Aid Israel Over Lack Of Money For Ukraine

President Biden’s request, though, also included additional money for Ukraine.

“Our allies in Ukraine can no more afford a delay than our allies in Israel,” Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.), chairwoman of the Senate Appropriations Committee, said on the floor in Washington.

“There is strong support here in Congress to address these urgent priorities in one package—and that is exactly what I am working with colleagues on both sides of the aisle to do now,” she added later.

Sen. J.D. Vance (R-Ohio), a supporter of the House-passed package, argued that funding for Ukraine and Israel should not be tied together.

“The idea that these policies are not in tension with one another, the idea that what happens in Russia and Ukraine is separate from what happens in Israel is not just obvious, it is common sense, and it has been borne out by the reality of the last couple of weeks,” Mr. Vance said on the floor. “Now, my colleagues would like to collapse these packages. Too many of my colleagues would like to collapse these packages because they would like to use Israel as a political fig leaf for the President’s Ukraine policy.”

He questioned what the end goal is in Ukraine, noting the United States has already sent more than $100 billion to the country following the Russian invasion.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) on Nov. 7 said that any aid bill for Israel and Ukraine must include funding for border security.

Funding for security or housing more illegals? Policy changes not funding is what we need Mitch.  But you already know that. Let’s do what Japan tells us to do.

The grifters are setting up shop this time for Ukraine. Why not since they made out so well in Haiti. Ask Haiti how the long fingers of Bill and Hillary worked out for them.

The Clinton Global Initiative will launch a new network to provide ‘humanitarian aid’ to war-torn Ukraine.

Of course.

Recall, that Bill Clinton last year announced the Clinton Global Initiative will be hosting a leadership summit in New York in September after a 5-year hiatus.  Well, their off to the races with even the Pope throwing his hat in apparently.

According to the Associated Press, the Clinton Global Initiative will be launching a new network dubbed CGI Ukraine Action Network:

CGI plans to announce the launch of the CGI Ukraine Action Network, as well as numerous financial pledges, to support nonprofits working in the country.

The CGI Ukraine Action Network is the result of a collaboration between Hillary Clinton and Olena Zelenska, first lady of Ukraine, that began last year. The new organization, which will be formally announced Tuesday, is designed to mobilize existing CGI partners, as well as new leaders from around the world, to create and finance new commitments for Ukrainians, according to CGI. Numerous monetary commitments for Ukraine are also set to be announced Tuesday,

In 2022, CGI announced more than 140 commitments, including a $1 billion plan from Water.org, co-founded by actor Matt Damon, to help 100 million people in Africa, Asia and Latin America get lasting access to water and sanitation. This year, leaders including World Bank President Ajay Banga, Airbnb CEO Brian Chesky, World Central Kitchen founder Jose Andres and Ford Foundation CEO Darren Walker, will attend and make their own commitments, which are required for attendance at the conference.

Meanwhile Zelensky says “he’s not ready” to speak with the Russians…. but the U.S. already passed infrastructure for Ukraine so on with the show. Best get your dancing shoes back on.

While NBC News reports that U.S. and European officials have quietly begun talks around Russia-Ukraine peace negotiations, President Zelenskyy tells Meet the Press exclusively that he is not ready to begin that dialogue with President Putin’s government.
