Mr. Mayor, it’s so good to join you. Thank you for having me today. It is true. My new book is out with Seamus Bruner. My co-author the name is called fallout. The nuclear, bribes, Russian spies and Washington lie that enriched the Clinton and Biden dynasties it’s a mouthful, but it’s quite a yarn, as you probably know, so this includes um there’s, a piece of it That you, you’ve uh you have out today.
I do. Can you tell us about that and then we’ll go into the rest of it absolutely on just the news.com, which is our website, uh. We have an excerpt from the book today, and it tells one of the un one of the parts of the Russian scandal that a lot of people forget about or has been glossed over, and that is while uh the uh Obama administration.
The Obama Biden Clinton team gave away the Russians’ house, giving them the uranium one assets under our ground. Raw uranium in the united states billions upon billions of nuclear fuel contracts that made American utilities and their ratepayers dependent on Vladimir Putin for their future nuclear energy.
The Russians were secretly helping Iran facilitate their illicit nuclear weapons program, and so the FBI had an undercover figure, a guy named Doug Campbell. He was undercover in rossatom for six or seven years, feeding the fbi daily information as an informant and he’s.
Providing them all this real time, information that russia is assisting the nuclear program and hey. Why is barack obama about to do a deal with iran and russia when they’re cheating, uh and the fbi could never get the attention of the president and get him to address this appropriately.
But we tell that story, and you know really at the end of the day fallout is a story of an obama biden, uh clinton, foreign policy that appeased our enemies, gave away billions of dollars of gifts, whether it’s, iran or russia, china, and At the end of the day gave away our security with nothing in return for benefit to the american public.
It wasn’t wasn’t that there was that payment that was sent over by airplane. It looked like a drug deal. Yes, it did c-130s, as i recall that was that was right at the end right when they were when they were concluded and how much money, how much money was that it was in the billions i don’t.
We don’t know that billions in cash right. It was – and you know here’s, one of the great things that people don’t remember right after iran got that money, you know what they did. They went to russia and bought a whole bunch of arms, so russia got rich on the iran deal.
Iran got rich in the uh uh iran deal and the american public got less secure that that’s. What was what was the purpose of making that it was money, theoretically that we owed it was money that had been money that we had seized right at the time of the revolution, that’s right and we decided to give it back to them.
We did because iran needed cash flow after all, of those incredible tough sanctions that george w bush put in place and others uh the iran economy was crumbling and it didn’t have a way to buy weapons fund terrorism do the basic things it Does for its people, and so part of the appeasements part of the inducement to sign the nuclear deal was we would give them some cash and we did a lot of it and what did they do and why was it done in cash because i don’t think they wanted to be detected originally remember.
There was originally denials that there was money going to iran as part of the deal. Eventually, we got the truth on that, but uh cash made it easily fungible for the iranians to move it quickly and that’s.
What we did we didn’t wire. It we actually sent cash. Do you think there had been other cash payments before that to them? You know that’s, something that i’ve, always looked at, i’ve, not been able to find any evidence of it.
There’s. Always been rumors of it, but listen, no matter where you look at it: cash was moving around clash. Cash is moving from the russians to the clinton foundation. Cash is moving to bill clinton’s wallet with a 500 000 payment from moscow.
Uh john podesta gets a major investment from a russian and his clean energy company where he sits on the board. Cash was moving. All around uh hunter biden gets lots of cash out of ukraine. All of these events are interconnected.
What we really show uh and what the ultimate story of fallout is, is that we tried to answer the question: why of all the things that hillary clinton could have uh done to attack donald trump? Why did she pick russia and ukraine? Why those two things and the answer is: it was a cover-up.
It was to cover up one of the worst foreign policy failures in american history and the fact that, while that policy was failing, all of these biden – clinton obama acolytes were cashing in getting money.
So you had corruption and bad foreign policy, and the only loser in this story is the american people. The uranium one deal. Do you cover that as well? We do we talk a lot about it that deal. I i never understood why that wasn’t investigated and prosecuted well in real time the iranians investigated a prosecutor for that matter.
Yeah you’ve, been saying that for months and you’re right there’s. A blind eye to all of this. We have one really big revelation on uranium one, and that is after we broke the story about doug campbell that there was an informant back in 1718, and you know all the clinton obama biden machine started firing nuclear missiles at me.
One of the story lines that democrats and the media gave us was all right. There was a criminal investigation, but we didn’t know about it. We had no reason to block the deal. Well, we called bunk on that.
We were able to get an october. Excuse me, a december 2017 email that was once classified notifying congress that in august of 2010 months before they approved uranium one and a year before they started approving all those billions of nuclear fuel contracts for vladimir putin.
The uh obama top echelons of government, the nrc, the energy department, the state department, were all told the company you’re dealing with rasatam. They have one entity rmz that’s. Buying uranium one.
The other entity, tenant 10x, is engaged in bribery in uh, uh, kickbacks extortion and money laundering, and, despite that warning, despite the fact that they knew that that was a dirty company and that they knew that the company was carrying out a mission by putin to make America dependent on ukrainian fuel, they gave away the house anyways.
Despite that warning we debunked the democratic, storyline uh in this book. Now, what is the what what i & #? 39 ve, never understood the rationale for letting uh russia get uranium one. Why? Why why? Why did we make a deal and give them material like that? Well, it’s, a great question.
We try to answer it and i think it really comes down to when you go to 30 000 feet. There are two foreign policy approaches in america. Right now there’s, the one that came when you were in the reagan administration and has continued today through president trump, which is a peace through strength approach to foreign policy.
And then there is the obama biden, clinton approach, which is peace through appeasement. If we give our enemies lots of gifts, they won’t want to attack us, and vladimir putin played him like a fiddle because he got everything he wanted.
He got uranium under the ground. He got billions of dollars of contracts, hillary clinton and the obama state department helped them build skokovo, which is a a moscow version of our silicon valley and after he gets all that he pulls the carpet out from under us and invades ukraine and the obama bite And clinton people are sitting there going.
Oh, my god did we get taken to the farm and that’s. What they’re trying to cover up in 16 when they hire christopher steele. They’re trying to neutralize russia by putting trump and the republicans on defensive with false allegations.
I mean that that all of a sudden makes a great deal of sense when you think about how some of these policies seem to be completely unjustified and totally counter counterproductive, yeah. It really does there’s a great moment there’s.
One document my colleague, seamus bruner, found i’m so proud that he uncovered this document. I did an interview in 2018, i talked to a clinton campaign official. I think you and i may have talked about this one time or another, but they said.
Listen that christopher steele didn’t start out to give the information to uh to the fbi. It was just to make the republicans wary of bringing up russia during the election. Then it spiraled out of control when he walks it into the fbi and it becomes a scandal, but one of the things we found there’s, a poll from july of 2015 that was done internally by hillary clinton’s campaign.
We have a copy of it. It’s up on the website. It’s embedded in the book. You can see it and of all the scandals that hillary clinton endured in her life. Uh whitewater the rose law firm billing records, vince foster, uh, the asia money, fundraising scandal, the email scandal that james comey shuts down on july 5th 2016.
. The thing more than anything else the polling data showed was her greatest liability. Her greatest impediment to becoming president was the clinton cash story that bill clinton and hillary clinton were cashing in while giving away all these gifts to russia.

He received extraordinary uh speaking fees, didn’t. He five hundred thousand dollars from a moscow bank connected to the nuclear industry right yep and the clinton foundation did we know how much they got well, they originally got commitments for, i think 140 million.
Our reporting in the book shows that a lot of that ultimately didn’t get delivered. Even they didn’t even get the money uh, but they certainly gave away the farm anyways right, um uh john podesta, her campaign chairman.
He sits on the board of a clean energy company. Now you know russia’s in the oil business. They’re, not into clean energy right all of a sudden. They invest in john podesta’s. Company tony podesta, john’s, brother gets a lobbying contract and then joe biden has a very famous um energy advisor.
His name is amos uh hochstein. Yes, if you go back to 15, when uh the russia reboot had failed and ukraine had been invaded with the crimea invasion by russia, you & # 39, ll, go back and you & # 39. Ll see all these speeches and testimony before congress, where amos hodgstein says we can’t.
Let russia have an energy monopoly, they use energy as a geopolitical weapon. We can’t. Do it well, guess what amos hodgstein was doing in 0607.0809? He was helping rossitom the russia nuclear energy company, get a leg up in america, get the uranium, get the nuclear fuel contracts, put american uranium mining workers out of business and getting paid for it, and then, a few years later, without mentioning that history, he suddenly is Outraged at russia, in its geopolitical energy strategy, great hypocrisy only could occur in washington.
John, did you get any uh information on that very famous interchange between obama and medvedev? When he said you know once the election is over, i can be a lot easier on. Vladimir. Should be a lot more flexible, a lot more flexible with vladimir? That was one of the most extraordinary statements that was certainly a lot more improper and suggestive than anything involving trump.
Oh, a hundred percent. After the elections overall cave into russia, i mean it’s ridiculous. What was that about? One of that great one of the great moments about that open mic moment is that it’s, the ultimate sign of what an appeasement, foreign policy and appeasement national security policy is hey.
Let me get through the election and i’ll. Give you give away the farm and they did and and that that quote was really symbolic of what was really going on behind the scenes you & # 39. Ve got american utilities that are going to be buying russian uranium for years to come to fuel our nuclear power plants in america.
Now we know what vladimir putin does to control eastern europe right when, when he doesn’t like something that ukraine or one of the eastern europe, he pulls the gas or he raises energy extortion. It’s, extortion, right obama, biden and clinton left us potentially in an extorted position on uranium and our nuclear power supply, because what happened once the russians dumped all their cheap uranium into america, uh the uh uranium industry in america, the mining industry in America essentially went out of business, we don’t, mind uranium.
If vladimir putin stopped shipping, we could have a crisis here, and one of the people asked me the other day. Well, i know clinton got a lot of stuff. It’s, obvious biden got a lot of stuff. What did uh barack obama get out of this, and here? Is it yeah? What did barack obama get because, obviously he tolerated all this and he had to know what was going on.
I mean someone was in the newspapers well, and some of it was in his pdb as well. Of course, i would hope so. He got an august 2010 briefing on everything that was going on with rasatam and their criminality in the united states and he still allowed the uranium one deal and the nuclear deals to go together.
