SPECIAL NOTE: The client who has provided this story does not want to disclose her name, her address, city or state where she lives in. It could place her family in danger. The name “Moonshadow” is a fictional name. I will call the client “Dora”.

Date: 3/20/2026. Time: 1500 hours. I received a call from my new client that we will call Dora. Dora says that she moved into a neighborhood that was quiet, peaceful and all of the neighbors got along with each other. Then one day a woman moved in, right next door to Dora. We will call this new neighbor Stacey. Stacey was an extrovert, very loud, very vocal. Stacey was known to yell at her husband constantly. It was rumored that Stacey’s husband was having an affair with another woman and that is why he purchased a single man’s sports car, to attract the ladies. Stacey’s husband would leave at all hours of the day or night. When he got home, Stacey would be waiting and the fight begins. Sometimes Stacey and her husband would be yelling at each other in the middle of the street at 3 am. Stacey turned to the religion of Santeria. At times neighbors would find burned candles, dried up flower pedals and rotten food on Stacey’s driveway. Dora said neighbors theorized that she was performing rituals on her driveway. Some neighbors believe that she was trying to place a curse on her husband and his side girlfriend.

Things started to settle down, when Stacey campaigned to become the Captain of the Neighborhood Watch. Stacey was so demanding with her neighbors, she was voted in easily as the new Captain. For a few months, things were normal. Neighborhood Watch would have their meetings, Stacey seemed happy and cheerful. Then things started turning dark. If you missed a meeting, Stacey would talk bad about you. If you didn’t mow your lawn, Stacey would talk about you. In fact, Stacey would walk to your home and talk with one of the neighbors on how your lawn looked disgusting and was an eye-sore, because you didn’t mow your lawn. If you got into a heated conversation with Stacey, she would call the police on you and accuse you of using drugs. The police did anything that Stacey wanted, because she was friends with higher-ups. Stacey discovered that one of the neighbors was on the DOJ (Department of Justice) watch list for having dated a 17-year-old minor. Stacey would talk about this offender at every meeting and would practically stalk his house, looking at his house from the street, parking her car in front of his house, looking through his windows and talking to neighbors on the street on how this neighbor is an offender. It got so bad for the offender, that he had to move out of the neighborhood. Stacey’s harassment of this neighbor was relentless. Dora says that Stacey even berated her for not attending any meetings. Dora told Stacey that there was no reason to attend the meetings, when all she does is bad mouth people. Stacey then told the neighbors in the meeting that Dora steps out into her backyard naked and that she could see Dora from her 2nd story balcony. Dora claims this is not true and it never happened. Finally, things got worse for Stacey, her husband left her for another woman and Stacey decided to move away. The neighbors cheered when the Captain of the Neighborhood Watch moved into a new city.

After Stacey moved, it was 7 months later that everyone learned that Stacey had a massive heart attack and died. Dora said probably due to stress. After Stacey died, 3 months later the neighborhood became haunted. Unusual paranormal activity started taking place. At the home of the offender, a headless chicken was found on the front lawn. Strange drumming would be heard in the neighborhood. Dora says when Stacey’s house was vacant, she heard footsteps in the backyard and saw a human eye peeking through the hole in the wooden fence. Dora said that there was no one at Stacey’s vacant house and couldn’t understand why she was seeing a human eye looking through the peep hole. Some neighbors made claim that at night-time, they would sometimes see 2 red eyes looking back at them. Some neighbor’s claimed to have been touched, pinched and even scratched. One neighbor said they saw the partial apparition of Stacey wandering down the street. Some neighbors even claimed that they would hear Stacey’s wicked voice. The neighbors felt that Stacey, the Witch of Moonshadow Way was back and they wanted her gone! The final straw was when one of the neighbor’s beloved cat named Stookie, was hit by a car. This neighbor believes it was the handiwork of the Witch of Moonshadow Way.

THE HELP THAT THEY WILL RECEIVE:
I contacted a ghost hunting group in their city. This group has a member that is a shaman. They will contact Dora and proceed with a neighborhood investigation/inspection. They will also have their shaman conduct a neighborhood cleansing. I also explained to Dora how to conduct a Roman Catholic house blessing. Dora will immediately proceed with this. Dora is Catholic and some of her neighbors are Catholic. I explained to Dora to go ahead and get some angel figurines and dip those angel figurines into holy water and say a prayer to each blessed angel. Place those angels around doorways and windows and conduct another prayer, calling upon angels to banish any negativity in the house. The blessed angels will bring in a positive atmosphere into the home. I will stay in touch with Dora, to make sure that the cleansings worked. Dora and 2 of her neighbors are also going to get a full submersion baptism, just in case the negative energy is attached to them. CASE PENDING.
