ObamaCare is racketeering and Obama, Pelosi, Reid and the Democrat Party should be charged under RICO!

ObamaCare was not just politics as usual – it was corruption at the highest level. Corruption so egregious that all other crimes pale in its magnitude.  The American people were intentionally deceived, funds stolen, or to be stolen from them, and never-ending harm the them financially.  The lies and deceit and the theft of American Taxpayer’ monies is incomprehensible in its magnitude. 

This cannot be let to stand, or to just pass as politics, for it clearly is not.  There is only ONE way for the American people to deal with the deceptions, as no one in the Obama Administration, including the two Communists he has appointed to the Supreme Court, will make amends for the scandal and corruption.  That remedy is:

“The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act”

The American People should demand an “Independent Prosecutor,” unconnected to the Obama criminal administration, and with unfettered access to all records and persons connected to this fraud, perpetrated on the American People. 

OBAMACARE WAS RACKETEERING -  OF THIS THERE IS NO DOUBT! 

Jonathan Gruber teaches at MIT. He is also the architect behind ObamaCare. He speaks for the Democrat Party.  Here are his words:

“The Affordable Care Act was written in a tortured way to make sure CBO [the Congressional Budget Office] did not score the mandate as taxes. If CBO scored the mandate as taxes, the bill dies. Okay, so it’s written to do that. In terms of risk-rated subsidies, if you had a law which said that healthy people are going to pay in — you made explicit healthy people pay in and sick people get money, it would not have passed. . . . Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really, really critical for the thing to pass. . . . Look, I wish . . . that we could make it all transparent, but I’d rather have this law than not.”

Don’t be confused in that you think these words reflect only HIS feelings toward the American taxpayer. This is exactly the way Liberals, Democrats and Progressives (Communists) feel about the working men and woman who pay the taxes in this country.

Oh by the way, this was not just a slip of the tongue by Mr. Gruber, he made these same statements two other time, caught on video.  He know from which he speaks and he speaks for the Democrats everywhere.  Here he is on video:

Using RICO to Prosecute Racketeers

“Before Congress enacted laws that specifically combat organized crime, prosecutors found it very difficult to end these rackets. Prosecutors could often convict the lower ranked members of the organizations, because they were the ones who actually performed the illegal activities. However, the masterminds behind the organized crime rings were often much harder to prosecute because they couldn’t be directly connected to any of the crimes.

In 1978, Congress enacted the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, or RICO, providing prosecutors with the tool they needed to fight organized crime. Many states have enacted similar laws. In order to convict someone under RICO or a state equivalent, it’s no longer necessary to prove the suspect personally committed an illegal activity. Instead, prosecutors must prove:

The defendant owns and/or manages an organization

The organization regularly performs one or more specific illegal activity

Although RICO was initially enacted to prosecute famous crime rings it has also been used in many other scenarios. For example, RICO charges were brought against pro-life activists for illegally blocking the entrance to abortion clinics.  In another instance, members of the Catholic Church sued several clergy men under RICO for reportedly allowing priests to molest children. Since it has such far-reaching implications, RICO remains a controversial law even as it continues to aid in prosecutions across the US.”

Barack Hussein Obama, Harry Mason Reid and Nancy Patricia D’Alesandro Pelosi with the cooperation of the entire Democrat Party easily fall under the definition of organized crime in “The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.”  They deceived and defrauded the American Taxpayer with the passing and implementation of ObamaCare; the effect of which is theft of trillions of dollars over its life.  These acts were Democrats, and Democrats alone, with not and single vote of Republicans, nor any input by Republicans to the bill. 

This act has perpetrated even more corruption, in that the ObamaCare Website was not put out for open bidding, but given summarily to friends and associates of the wife of the President of the United States and relatives of Valerie Jarrett, advisor to the President of the United States.  I am sure that an “Independent Prosecutor” will find even more corruption as the case proceeds against the defendants. 

OBAMACARE IS A RESULT OF RACKETEERING AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL AND THE AMERICAN PEOPLE DESERVE JUSTICE AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL.
