Some strains of leftism are so extravagantly moronic that you have to be born with a silver spoon in your mouth not to gag on them. The entertainment industry produces such moonbats profusely.

The New York Post offers an example:

While framing herself as a champion of the proletariat, Tracy Rosenthal grew up in a trendy $1.7 million NoMad pad with elite access to the music industry — attending the Grammys at least twice with her dad, four-time winner Steven Rosenthal.

Her father’s music studio the Magic Shop recorded big name artists, raking in massive cash.

Yet despite her first-class upbringing, she’s been on a four-year “rent strike” since moving back to New York City after a stint in Los Angeles — because the Bolshevik bugged out after spotting a cockroach in her hip $2,300 a month Bed-Stuy apartment. …

Her Bed-Stuy landlord, Adetunji Akinboboye, eventually lost the building to foreclosure in 2023.

Another victory for the proletariat!

The bank that now owns the building is trying to evict the privileged parasite. New York landlords know how difficult that is — which is one reason there isn’t enough housing.

Tracy Rosenthal literally wrote the book on stiffing landlords, entitled Abolish Rent.

It’s helped popularize a confrontational model of tenant activism and become a foundational tome for the DSA, which had her to speak to chapters across the nation for the past two years.

It is the landlords who will be facing guns if DSA Marxists like Zohran Mamdani consolidate control and confiscate their property.

Rosenthal has been likened to Mamdani tenant czar Cea Weaver — who also hails from an affluent family. The pair regularly speak alongside each other at events and were even featured together in a 2020 Teen Vogue article…

Her fellow AWFL Cea Weaver was recently featured in a taxpayer-funded propaganda film intended to whip up rent strikes. She has declared war on white, middle-class homeowners, regarding homeownership as a “weapon of white supremacy.” The self-hatred implicit in modern liberalism manifests itself as hostility toward not only her own class but her own race. When asked about her mother’s $1.6 million home, she burst into tears.

If America is destroyed, it will be by pampered AWFLs like Tracy Rosenthal and Cea Weaver.
