One of the arsonists in the California wildfires has been apprehended – and no, his name is not climate change.

This is believed to be the man who is suspected of starting fires in the Woodland Hills area in Los Angeles, according to local radio station KFI.

The Kenneth Fire “emerged” on Thursday afternoon in the Woodland Hills area, prompting evacuations.
