Tesla has started sending out tickets for its Robotaxi unveiling event, set to be held this week at a studio space in Southern California.

On Tuesday, Tesla sent Teslarati and others ticket download emails for the “We, Robot” event on Thursday. In the email, Tesla gives participants the option to download their tickets, as well as including the address of the Burbank Warner Brothers studio at which the event will be hosted.

Teslarati received our invite to RSVP for the Robotaxi event on September 25, along with a deadline of October 6 to submit. Days later, the company also announced a referral raffle for tickets to the event.

The Tesla “We, Robot” event is set to begin at 7:00 p.m. Pacific on Thursday, and you can check out a screenshot of the ticket email below:

Tesla’s Robotaxi event on Thursday

Tesla was originally aiming to unveil the Robotaxi based on its Full Self-Driving (FSD) software on August 8, though the event was later delayed to October 10. Following initial announcements of the delay, Elon Musk said that he “requested what I think is an important design change to the front,” adding that the additional time would let Tesla show off other things in addition to the platform.

Some have spotted apparent Robotaxi prototypes around the Warner Brothers studio in recent weeks, along with increased data collection around the studio, other areas of Los Angeles, and in San Francisco.

Analysts have shared a wide range of predictions for the Robotaxi event, from beliefs about multiple vehicle platform unveilings to a launch of a ride-hailing app and mobile platform, with still others claiming that it could be the debut of Unsupervised FSD. Many expect Tesla to offer rides in its driverless vehicle, though individual expectations vary as for what products will be shared exactly.

Gene Munster and Brian Baker of Deepwater, for example, have said that Tesla will unveil three separate vehicle platforms on Thursday, including a Robotaxi prototype without a steering wheel, an affordable future model, and an autonomous Cybervan. Others have tempered expectations for the event, with Canaccord saying its expectations are “relatively muted going in,” and Guggenheim claiming Tesla won’t yet unveil a path to Robotaxi commercialization.
