Yes, sorry, frankly I TOO find especially the initial Ads (they pile up, to be able to get them viewed in case someone doesn't read the whole article) here interrupting a nice/natural Read flow and are ANNOYING (but it keeps the Site FREE FOR VIEWING no Pay Wall to have to BUY your way past) and conversely their annoyance may indeed keep some from wanting to bother (so, Please, there is some GREAT CONTENT here on B4IN, keep reading the entire pieces despite the annoying Ads) and note if you engage an AD BLOCKER often I have found it/they can cause issues with seeing all the intended article content --- don't want you to miss any of mine, nor anyone else who posts here entire content as intended! The authors images (some or all), videos (some or all), their intended cross-reference links (vs Site produced Ad links, the easy Share-At/On buttons, and more, might also get "blocked" from viewing. And so now, to catch any NEW Readers, I too adding to annoyance having to repeat this over and over. My apologies. I endeavor to always give you DETAILED WRITINGS (and cross-reference related links with other rabbit-holes you can go down) hopefully you'll deem worthy of putting up with the annoying Ads to engage in/with.
I am NOT fond of the changes, but I have been with B4IN a long time now - certainly not looking to leave.

Actual Customer Service with Human (vs usual endless cavern of automated systems they hide behind) to resolve an issue…

 

OK. Admittedly I have whined, moaned, and complained, many times about #GOOGLE and #YOUTUBE; and could be doing so again starting again even later today LOL; so NOW it only fair that I give them at least PARTIAL kudos.

Well, first, why only “partial” kudos – well, their system and process is still VERY DIFFICULT to deal in/with but at end of the day I am actually SURPRISED that I think a HUMAN actually got involved, put EYES ON, and applied COMMON SENSE, following something triggered by their AI censorship police. Damn near IMPOSSIBLE to get a Human to step in; they do NOT have a “support email” you can send to nor a Customer Service (they don’t care about Customers mostly, take it or not, deal with it attitude; but in this case finally did.

What happened? Well, I dropped a CTP (S2ESepSpecial3, 20240918) Lady Redneck (Child of God) episode, which that BTS/SP Video can be seen at:

As you can see in the title it dropped back in Sep. 2024 and been FINE til now. A “related items links” url got hijacked (someone hacked the url IP pointer) and now directs to a Prohibited site (and I agree, I do NOT want anything on my pages, in my content, going to where it is now displaying) and of course NO REAL NOTICE they just sent a YOU HAVE A STRIKE for violating TOS even though clearly was no intent to do so and again had been fine from Sep. 2024 til now). No real chance to “alter/fix it” just notice WE WILL BE YANKING YOUR VIDEO and you HAVE A STRIKE you are ON NOTICE to avoid future Strikes or your whole Channel will just be ERASED.

Luckily, it hadn’t been REMOVED YET and I was able to get to it and “edit the description” and removed the link and did only option they gave me FILE APPEAL (that, in past, did nothing, went nowhere, was waste of time, they do NOT really want hear what you have to say, to bad like it or not LUMP IT) with ZERO CHANCE to add any “reasoning and WHY they should overturn their decision” chance to give them (nope, just, APPEAL and they’ll make ASSUMPTIONS as they like and 99.999% of time uphold their BAD AND UNFAIR PRIOR DECISION.

Well, this time, Human (I think, or their AI has certainly improved to appear more Human) actually LOOKED and indeed saw that not only did I remove the link but added INFO ON ISSUE THAT HAPPENED and indeed reversed the “Strike” and said they will NOT remove the Video. WOW! Some actual CUSTOMER SERVICE for a change, cuz you sure as Hell can’t email them or call them, and actual Human interceded for a change and CommonSense applied. So, NO, still not fond of YouCENSOR (as I call them) but at least, for once, they actually did the Right thing – but after making me jump through RIDICULOUS HOOPS to get it done when they could have just sent a WARNING and ASK that I edit the content and give me chance to do so BEFORE THE STRIKE AND VIDEO POTENTIALLY REMOVED say after 3 days (give us 3 days at least attempt to RIGHT THINGS before going drastic – put Video in DRAFT MODE, not viewable to Public until situation resolved or indeed REMOVED if someone refuses to cooperate — but cooperation should be a TWO WAY STREET but never is they just have their Automated System ACT HARSHLY with little to no recourse.

I edited the Video description before it did disappear (thankfully, had time) adding (in the “related items” section…

notice (Mon. Feb. 10th 2025 update of this Video added originally back in Sept. of 2024): link to Nashville Artists’ site originally linked here REMOVED as that site has had its URL hijacked and redirected to a harmful overseas site (hope they will be able to reclaim their site and restore proper original content (in this case, Lady Redneck write-up) and I will again be able to come back later and re-add that site/link back in (see Video comments for more info).

 

I also edited the Video description again after they RESOLVED the issue with me to say…

Feb. 10th (later in the day) update, amazingly YouTube RESOLVED this very quickly (see note/update in comments) as NO REAL VIOLATION (as none was clearly "purposefully" intended and I am HAPPY to keep the problematic link OUT/OFF, as Lady Redneck's actual Personal/Professional site remains listed for those wanting to learn more about her]

So, again, THANK YOU YOUTUBE/GOOGLE, at least for today – but do not get used to my “praise” as indeed I’ll likely be LAMBASTING YOU with criticism again real soon (potentially back to status quo Love/Hate relationship 5 minutes from now). #PrinciplesNotPersonalities. Praise when worthy, not hold back criticism (even for those “supposedly on my side” when deemed necessary too!

And, yes, STILL not over the several Videos that you’ve DEMANDED BE PULLED or you would shutdown my Channel – do not have this problem with BitChute, Brighteon, and Rumble where I also have @JLenardDetroit channels. More recently joined Bitchute and Brighteon so my whole catalog is not at both those but all my Videos (even the one’s YouTube CENSORED) are at Rumble where I’ve been almost as long as with YouTube (well, joined several years later, but before creation of my CTP Show therefore had few enough Videos to be able to transport all to Rumble and maintain putting all going forward to both sites. Also, I very recently joined DailyMotion (out of France) and putting most (not all) Videos there going forward. Vimeo? Don’t get me started – been BANNED there 3 times already (they are THE WORST regarding Censorship of Videos).
