Liability car insurance was first sold in the United States in 1897 or 1898. The first comprehensive insurance policy was sold a few years later in 1902.  Shortly after the first cars were invented, it became clear that car insurance would be necessary — it’s the best way to make sure that drivers can pay for any damage or injuries they cause in a car accident. The very first liability car insurance policy in the United States was sold at the very end of the 19th century, and comprehensive insurance was introduced a few years later with the creation of fire and theft auto insurance in 1902. That was the extent of insurance!! They never  thought of verifying whether it was good or not, and they certainly had no idea of it being done 24 hours a day connecting all states.”They created a letter writing Cash Cow”The idea was so good 35 other states adopted it!!  It wasn’t until 1997 when I put pen to paper and created INSURGARD that this was even heard of. Bush and the illegally Unconstitutional HB 2793 was created to acquire and control portions of INSURGARD in 90 days. Gregg Abbott while not upholding his oath of office, told me he is aware of this, but I needed to take them to court.
