Global Announcement: The New Census for America

Census is a source of information about who inhabits a given location, and used in times of emergencies to allocate supplies and resources.

Racial categories in the United States and the United States of America represented a Social and Political Construct. Race refers to a group of people sharing certain physical traits, often linked to common ancestry, while ethnicity relates to cultural identity, including shared language, traditions, and heritage. Both terms are social constructs used to categorize people, but they focus on different aspects of identity.

The Order

The New Census will remove antiquated and inaccurate Social Classifications relating to Race and Ethnicity. Social categorization and classification is no longer used. Ethnicity will refer to an individuals origin. Example, Caucasian for those formerly misnomered White. American Indian for those formerly misnomered Negro or Black American.

Nomer (real name)
Age at moment of census
Place of Kinship (what location were you conceived)
Parents’ Kinship (where your family come from)
Home, dwelling
Man and Wife status and years together
Children, age and nomer (real name)
Line of Work
Crops grown (agriculture) or products made (fabricate, make)

The race categories include both racial and national-origin.

American Indian (formerly Black American)
Caucasian (if relevant list origin)
Chinese
Japanese
Filipino
Korean
Asian Indian
Vietnamese
Other Asian (formerly Native American, Alaskan)

Native Hawaiian
Samoan
Chamorro
Other Pacific Islander

Mexican
Puerto Rican
Cuban
Another Hispanic, Latino, Spanish origin
Other race, National-origin (ex. Caribbean Islands)

Census workers collecting information from homes and dwellings must give the content to the Office of Indigenous People in each community. 

This Order is Effective Now throughout the land*.

Land* The term ‘land’ includes all physical elements in the wealth of a nation bestowed by nature; such as climate, environment, fields, forests, minerals, mountains, lakes, streams, seas, and animals. As an asset, it includes anything (1) on the ground, (such as, buildings, crops, fences, trees, water), (2) above the ground (air and space rights), and (3) under the ground (mineral rights) down to the center of the Earth.
