Overview of the Digital Transition and Public Safety Act

The Digital Transition and Public Safety Act of 2005 is a significant piece of legislation in the United States, enacted on February 8, 2006. Its primary focus was the transition from analog to digital television broadcasting.

In other words, from Natural Beings into Artificial (digital transition, carrier) entities (1s and 0s) using Television, Radio, and Telephones; as well as Music (which was used to keep you balanced and in harmony).

The act included provisions for an auction of recovered frequencies, generating revenue for the U.S. Treasury, amounting to $7.3 billion.

The Problem

The legislation was crucial in facilitating the transition to digital broadcasting, ensuring households could access digital television services.

The Issue and What it Does?
Digital Television and Digital Radio has the ability to access multiple channels, broadcast stations, and “over-the-air” (OTA) networks in multiple areas. They tune into dozens of channels, offering a variety of programming options such as news, sports, and entertainment.

Even numerous free over-the-air channels are offered without a monthly subscription to cable or satellite services.

But At What Cost? 

Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress as well as the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC) approved this digital takeover with The Digital Transition and Public Safety Act of 2005, that mandated the switch from analog to digital television broadcasting, marking an end to traditional analog format television.

To make this transition easier for households that relied on analog TVs, the government created a subsidy program. The program provided financial assistance through coupons that could be used to purchase converter boxes.

Target Audience

The converter box program primarily aimed to help low-income households and those without access to cable or satellite services. It ensured that these viewers could continue receiving free over-the-air television after the analog signals were discontinued. The converter boxes allowed viewers with older analog TVs to access digital channels without needing to purchase a new television set.

The Order

Effective Immediately Reclaim and Start Analog format Television, Radio, and Land-line Telephone for The People.

Thus,

All approval by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Congress, and/or Others, for Digital Transition and Public Safety Act (and Services), including Television channels, Radio channels, Telephone service, Cellular service and transmitter service (paid or free) is Void, Null and Void, Voided.

Dissolve the Senate and House of Representatives (The United States Congress) and The Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

Radio, Television, Telephone, Wire, Internet, Wi-Fi, Satellite and cables are Now under the direction of The Peoples Airwaves Command.

Cut cable Television, Cellular, Satellite and Broadband carriers and services (paid or free).

Prohibit All Broadcast (and use of) Digital Television, Digital Radio, Digital Telephone, Digital Watches and Cellular phone service and signals in All Areas, All Networks, All Channels, All frequencies, all megahertz and on any spectrum.

Shutdown and Destroy All Televisions, Radios and devices with digital tuners, including smart televisions, flat-screen television and monitors.

Destroy All Over-the-air (OTA) digital signals broadcasted by local television stations.

Analog format TV Replacements.

No Reception or No Signal message on All Digital Devices.

No Digital signal coverage in all areas.

No Technical (Tech) Support.

Broadcast stations are Now full-power stations in the analog format.

Note Broadcasters’ digital power levels, their transition and coordination plans that has been adopted to cable systems and satellite carriers’ systems- and Cut them All.

This Order is Effective Now throughout the land*.
