In December, the FBI arrested him and one of his operators who assisted him in this negotiation. From this point on, he is charged with conspiracy to traffic fentanyl to the United States. Today, in the Eastern District Court of Virginia, he formally pleaded guilty in a plea agreement. Regarding his guilty plea, he is expected to be sentenced on September 5th of this year. We’ll see what happens. For this man, it’s important to point him out again for the second time. He pleaded guilty to drug trafficking in the United States.
