Charlie here. Meh! Have you ever tried the 4-minute doughnut workout???
You have to try and eat as many doughnuts as you can four 4 minutes. Man, I can’t tell you how tiring that is. And BOY do you burn the calories trying to eat the calories.
It’s so hard I tell people to cut it down two two minutes. They are still huffing and puffing! Don’t do this every day or you’ll end up skinny like me.
