Charlie here. I thought Bragg’s vinegar does the same thing? I prefer lemons. It brightens the taste of anything. Fish, chicken, doughnuts. (Just kidding).
Doughnuts do brighten my day, however. Especially when I get up every morning and still found they haven’t hanged Hillary yet.

There are so many articles on Alkaline water and Alkaline food intakes and its benefits. But my question is that, since our stomach is concentrated with acids and acidic liquids, it is to this stomach that all these alkaline foods are going into and the stomach would be the “ultimate deciding factor” of end status of the food, whether to keep it high acidic or low acidic. Our digestion cannot be done without all these acids in our stomach, in order to break down the food into digestible ad absorbable contents. It doesn’t work. part of the reason is what you mentioned.
You also have powerfull buffers in the blood that keep the pH consistent. If your blood actually became too acidic, you would be dead.
The only way to say it is too acidic is when you test your urine for pH… and unfortunatel, that doesn’t reflect the nature of the body, just the waste for eating products.
and….. various liquids in the boy have various optimum values for pH
So all in all it is crap
That is a nice and tasty recipe, but I guess most “normal eaters” will require a much stronger cleaning and alcalic effect. Besides, depending on the severity of malnutrition and acidosis, the organism can only metabolize so much of the finer things. If it’s really bad, the alcalizing properties of lemon cannot be used anymore, and it even adds to the acid.
Basic cleanup can be provided by using sodium bicarbonate (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sodium_bicarbonate), which has many application in the household as well.
1 teaspoon in the morning with spring water, and one in the evening (plenty of water as well) may be a good starting point to find your perfect dosage. Some say, the worse it tastes, the more urgently you need it. “Burping” after consumption is normal.
If you really want to push it, I hear, you take as much as you can take (carefully, dizziness, nausea and “rumblings in the interior” can be the result, as well as a lengthy — and extremely cleansing — session on the toilet). Drink plenty of water, let in plenty of fresh air and feel the difference before/after.
It’s a whilte powder that can also be used against bacteria, fungae etc. cleaning the house, in the garden, for washing — and baking (“baking soda”). It can be bought in buckets (= good ratio price/quantity), just make sure it is pure and can be used for consumption. There are product variations with additives.
With this, my heartburn and acid reflux is totally under control, a friend said her heartburn is gone and she sleeps better.
To my knowledge, vinegar does not work for everyone and is used for different things. Certainly didn’t work for me …

Ofcourse you hart burn and acid reflux deminishes when you take soda… because that has to to with the acidity of your stomach.
