While processing operations and the Oklahoma magnet plant are advancing, Brewer warned that commercial mining is not expected until late 2028. With a post-Q3 2025 cash balance of US$400 million, the company may still face delays and cost overruns before it becomes sustainably profitable. Brewer described USAR as a “huge bet” best suited for aggressive investors.
