Thịt bò 400 gr
Thơm 1 miếng
Hành tây 1 củ
Ớt chuông đỏ 1 trái
Ớt chuông xanh 1 trái
Ngò rí, nước tương, dầu ăn
Muối, tiêu, chanh, tỏi

Các bước thực hiện
1. Thơm vắt lấy nước, trộn đều nước thơm với thịt bò, 1muỗng cà phê muối, 1muỗng cà phê tiêu để khoảng 15 phút, cho thịt vào tủ lạnh trong thời gian ướp. Hành tây lột vỏ, xắt vuông. Ớt chuông xanh đỏ rửa sạch, xắt vuông. Thịt bò lấy ra, xắt miếng vuông. Ngò rí lặt rửa sạch.
2. Bắc chảo dầu, dầu nóng, cho thịt bò vào xào trên lửa lớn, nêm chút nước tương. Tiếp tục cho ớt chuông xanh đỏ vào chảo, đảo đều và nhanh tay, lắc chảo trên lửa lớn. Khi thịt và rau củ chín, cho hành tây vào đảo đều lại lần nữa. Trút thịt ra đĩa, chấm thịt với muối tiêu chanh.
