the coalition for change, inc:

 

first, the usda coalition of minority employees fully support and congratulate you on your courage and bravery for speaking the truth regarding our president’s failure in leadership, with regards to federal sector discrimination, that is so widespread. 

 

secondly, the coalition for change, inc., position attached, express obvious failures of president omaba’s administration unwillingness to stop and address widespread discrimination, racism, sexism, reprisal, intimidation, and sexual abuses, including sexual assaults, and more, in the federal workplace. the president believes that “rising tides raise all boats”. for most Blacks and other minorities that is false primus. this is nothing more than an excuse to ignore a people’s cry for help, their pain and their suffering. 

 

the usda department of agriculture is one of the most egregious abusers in the federal sector…against minority farmers, especially, Black farmers, and usda employees nationwide. the tom vilsack administration and his leadership team, lead by political appointees, have failed miserably to stop the misery inflicted on so many. in fact, “they have become part of the problem….not the solution”.

 

thank you for your courage and speaking out for those who are “suffering in silence’.
