Michael Moore is inciting sedition against the Office of President
Sedition is considered a subversive act and what Michael Moore is attempting to do is clearly a criminal activity according to the overt act.
Michael Moore has established a website called TrumpiLeaks which according to the home page “Provides the most high-powered encryption technology to enable courageous whistleblowers to privately with me and my team”.
The intent of Michael’s website is to provide a secure method for an informant to pass confidential information on to him.
To be sure, there is a legal method for individuals to pass along information if they feel a crime is being committed. It is through OSHA’s Whistleblower protection program. Anyone may file a complaint through this site.
So why is Michael Moore attempting to obtain confidential information from the government, law enforcement and the private sector on the President of the United States? Michael Moore is attempting to entice individuals to disclose otherwise confidential/and or classified information to him in order to leverage it against the Office of President. This is 100% illegal and seditious.
According to 18 U.S. Code 798-Disclosure of classified information, “Whoever knowingly and willfully communicates, furnishes, transmits, or otherwise makes available to an unauthorized person, or publishes, or uses in any manner prejudicial to the safety or interest of the United States or for the benefit of any foreign government to the detriment of the United States any classified information shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.”
