Colorado Town Steps Up To Vote Down Fracking. State Threatens Lawsuit.
In another lesson in how the Constitution gives the people authority over the government (sovereignty), Longmont, Colorado, has voted to ban fracking in their town.

Fracking is an extremely destructive practice of forcing hard to get oil and natural gas out of hidden pockets in the underground rock. The most destructive of these methods is MEOR (Microbial Enhances Oil Recovery). In MEOR operations,
they use synthetically enhanced bacteria like cyanobacteria that creates CO2 and methane gas when it comes in contact with oil reserves, which in turn forces oil out of hidden cavities by creating pressure.
The problems is the huge amounts of pressure fractures the surrounding rock, causing earthquakes, sinkholes, and some of the cyanobacteria is escaping into water supplies, reaking havoc on streams, rivers and lakes around the world…
And since the genitically engineered cyanobacteria is self replicating, it is a matter of time before this underground beast grows beyond their control. This is what happened at the BP Macondo platform in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010.
Now, Colorado Gov Hickenlooper is threatening to sue Longmont. Note: Governments sue when they can’t force a law because the Constitution protects the citizens. The Arizona immigration law is a great example of this…The law suit can
only question the constitutionality of the law voted in by the people, in which this law suit against Longmont has no chance.
