In a move that many of the Americans who’ve been concerned about the National Deficit and Debt have wanted for years, President Trump has signed an Executive Order for most of the U.S. Military Bases around the world to be closed. Trump told a reporter that the United States cannot continue to be the world’s policemen and that this will save most of the estimated $100 Billion annual cost when you include maintenance and personnel. Critics, including Senator Lindsay Graham from South Carolina, claim that this will be a sign of weakness, but Secretary of War Pete Hegseth said that with today’s technology and some key bases that will be kept open, we’ll be just fine.
